I want all the Penis Enlargement vets to participate in this thread. There is so much info that we can share with newbies, but much of it gets spread out in many various threads and sub-forums. Here is a spot where we can jot down the best tips and tricks we know to building a bigger penis. Please number your tips and make them as succinct as possible for clarity. I'll get the ball rolling, and the rest of you jump in with the best tips you know.

#1... Rest is important. Whenever you wake up and your morning wood is not as hard as usual, take a rest day to allow your penis to heal. As soon as you get a rock hard blue veiner, resume your Penis Enlargement routine.

#2... Penis Enlargement doesn't work unless you stretch hard. If you aren't gaining, pull harder.

#3... Always finish a girth routine with a good boner.

#4... To fend off turkey neck and hair on the shaft, grip the shaft midways with an erection and stretch the skin down toward the base. It kinda hurts but it works.

#5... Use your mind as well as your hands. Visualize yourself with a bigger penis and know that Penis Enlargement does indeed work. Visualization and positivity are just as important as a good grip and strong forearms.
 
Thanks man, unfortunatly I havn't been gaining for shit for the past like 6 months been working on girth and nothing. Im bout to give up and save for surgery.

#9... Think positive and use larger men as a guide to aim for.
I myself used the guy from monsters of cock and now I'm bigger than him, so its mandingo whos my goal now.
#10... Listen to your body, if you cant go anymore than dont.
#11... Short intense sessions are IMHO better than long less intense sessions.
By short I mean 30-45 minutes, and long is anywhere over 1 hour.
#12... When working girth try to push your erection past its normal maximum erection capacity by useing horse squeezes and related exercises. With time your dick will get alot thicker from it being pushed past its normal max' capacity.

I have more, but will allow others to say some.

Just a quick question to Kong or anyone else.

I've decided at this point not to really concentrate on girth for the time being due to the amount of effort required for hanging but when I did try girth exercises it seemed to give me nice results. The question is about having an erection at the end of the workout. After I would jelq pretty close to 90% erect and do about 10 horse440's during the jelqing process there was no way I could manage an erection at the end. The limp cock status was what I used to determine the session was over.

Was I doing too many 440's or possibly squeezing too hard when I did them?

#14 Ask for advice whenever a concern or question arises in your mind
#15 Don't Penis Enlargement until it is painful because Penis Enlargement is not some NO PAIN NO GAIN thing. It is NO PAIN=GAINS

Pay close attention to your body's rhytHydromaxs throughout the day and when you feel your dick getting "fluffed," that is, a full flaccid coming on, it's time for Penis Enlargement. I don´t consider myself a vet but...

17: Do NOT measure often, to avoid anxiety and discouragement. Once a month is best.

18: Learn about common injuries and its causes.

19: Divide and conquer (BIBs maxima) when working lenght.
 
20. When starting, measure constantly. Measure every time you do a routine, before and after. Constant measuring will help you to learn how it feels when you are effectively stretching and jelqing, and whether you're doing the exercises correctly. After you have the feel for it and see some progress and know what you're doing, put the ruler away for a few months.
 
#21 Keep some sort of log or journal to keep track of current stats, progress, setbacks etc, along with the routines (each exercise set by set and the date you did them) you use.

#24- Take a picture and put it away. Often, we get discouraged because we do not see the gains we are making, as they are gradual. If you're feeling down, take out that picture and have a peek. The differences you see will re-motivate you!
