Okay, now that I’m back into Penis Enlargement’ing full time I’m going to make the required efforts to keep a detailed log of my exercises and routines. I figure that by doing this I can not only better monitor my progress, but also possibly help out newer members who are in need of some type of guidance. If I can manage to keep this log updated on a consistent basis, then I believe it will help me to stay on track with my routine and ultimately reach my goal of obtaining an 8"x6" penis.

Current Stats:
  • Length– 7"nbp (8"bp)
  • Girth– 5.2" midshaft

Goal Stats:
  • Length– 8" nbp (9"bp)
  • Girth– 6" midshaft


My current girth routine: (Total of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes)
  • Warm up
  • Dry Jelq (approximately 5 mins.)
  • Semi-Erect Bundles
  • Supra Slammers
  • Clamped Girth Work
  • Warm down
  • Wet Jelqs

My current length routine: (Total of approximately 45 minutes)
  • Warm up
  • DLD Blasters
  • SWM’s Lig Stretch
  • Upward’s Tunica Stretching
  • V-Stretches
  • Warm down

Excellent log! I wish all were so neat:) I am very happy to see you getting so involved with your Penis Enlargement.
 
Also--something I didn't mention in my first post in the log--I'm now on a version of the Atkin's diet to try and get as cut as possible and lose as much of my fat pad as I can. I'm not disappointed with my body, however I know I can look better than I currently do. Also, the thought of being able to bring my BP and NBP closer together is very, very tempting. Despite only having at most 13% bodyfat, I still have a fat pad that's essentially an inch thick. If I can cut that inch in half (or better) I will be incredibly pleased, and it will help to put me that much closer to my final length goal.


*edit*- By the way, thanks for the reply DLD. I'm hoping that this log will be the ticket to keeping me dedicated, as we all know that dedication is the key to making gains in Penis Enlargement.
 
Progress as of 6.23.04: I'm still going strong with the exercises. I'm feeling as if I'm growing bigger with every passing day, and that's a feeling I haven't had in a long, long time. I haven't measured again to see if I've made any gains, but my penis appear to have gained in both length and thickness... Even if it's just my mind's way of tricking me into believing I'm bigger than I actually am I'll still be satisfied with an improved self-image.

My cutting diet is having it's ups and downs. When I'm able to stay in town so I can cook all the meals I need to cook, everything is running like clockwork. However I've had to leave town for a few days on two different occassions, and I've found it to be extremely hard to avoid convenience in the favor of nutrition while I've been out of town. Fortunately I don't forsee any other reasons that I should need to leave town for more than a day or two at max for the rest of the summer, so I ought to be on the fast track to cuts-ville. I'm getting some definition in my abs, and at some point in July I'm going to take another progress shot to compare to the one I took a couple weeks ago and see just how far I've come in my diet.

Progress as of 6.30.04:

I'm still going strong with the routine, and still making progress. I got my clamped midshaft girth up to 5.9" today, and hope to break 6" while clamped in the next week or so. My Stretching is going just as I expected it would...it's a pain in the butt to make myself do the stretches, but thus far I've been dedicated.

I think the girth routine I'm doing now may be the best I've ever done, and if I gain at an above average rate with it then I'll share the basics of it.

Also, my diet is going pretty well. I'm down to 189 lbs...I figure by the time I hit 185 or so I ought to have damned near a 6-pack. I've been taking some progress pics of my progress, and I'll post those as I get closer to my goals...
 
nice log...i see that you have a girth routine and a stretching routine do you break these up during the day..doing them sepereatly...i just recently started to do this and it feels like it saves me time at night when i should be sleep...congrats on the weight loss too...you'll have abs of steel in no time...keep it up
 
Usually I do them on separate days, b/c I don't like to spend 2 hours doing my routine. I have a girth day where I do all of my constrictors and supra slammers, and then I do my length routine with all of my stretching followed up by some jelqs and supra slammers.
 
Constructed my ROP yesterday (07.02.04), and have had it on ever since. I don't feel the "tingle" that some people mentioned, but I have full faith that the ROP will help me achieve my goals quicker, as it has done for countless others.
 
As of 07.15.03:

Still going strong, despite having had to take off a couple of days due to a blood blister forming below my glans. I don't know if it's a result of clamping or from not using enough lube while jelqing, but either way it has healed and isn't showing any signs of reappearing. My erections are getting harder and my erection angle seems to be improving, which is great, as I've never been real pleased with my erection angle.

I'm still performing the same stretching and girth routine, but have also added all day clamping to accompany my use of the ring of power. I've only been doing ADC for about 3 days, but I can already tell that it's going to help me gain in both flacid and erect states. My flacid hang is improving after removal of the clamp, and my erections are seeming to remain thicker than usual... let's keep our fingers crossed.

I'm also starting a self-hypnosis routine which I'm hoping will help improve my overall well-being and could help to provide accelerated gains. I've been doing this for 2 days now, and I feel really good about it so far.

I've yet to decide when I'm going to measure again, as I have a fear of the ruler, because it seems the times when I think I've gained I really haven't...so I'm going to hold off until I'm possitively sure that I'm bigger.

That's all for now, I'll continue this log as I see fit and will report back with any alterations in my routine or any gains taht I manage to record...
