Hey, so I'm not too much of a noobie with Penis Enlargement, I took about 2 years off and I'm starting up again. I went right into this routine from day one and my erections have been quite soft and I'm not sure If I'm overtraining or it's just my lack of sleep and bad diet lately. Here is my routine, if anyone of you have any help that would be great. I'm on a 7 days on, no days off routine.
