Hi mates. 6 months went by and I didn't see gains yet!!! I`m getting dicouraged... every month I take the ruler out to measure and there I see it, no changes at all: 6"
I need help from the veterans who also struggled with initial gains...
Please my friends, can u help me with a routine that will finally make me gain?
I hear people talking about incredible newbie gains but I see none.
Here is what I did for 5 full months:
May- Started heavy with newbie stretches in the morning and jelqing + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] + slow squash jelqs in the afternoon (5on2 off)
June- Continued using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and added clamping twice a week (5on 2 off)
July- Gave up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] because it was hurting my ball-sack a lot and because I didn't have morning wood that often. Had a 10 days break and came back with stretches and jelqing and used an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for about 20 days. I didn't see any gains and was very frustrated, so I stopped using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
Aug- No Penis Enlargement for 10 days because I went on a trip. Then I did side-to-side stretches and squeezes (1on1off)
Set- Still seeing no gains, I decided to do only 15min jelqing (2on1)

DLD, what should I do? Can u help me with a routine that will make me gain? Should I start hanging? What shoudl I do?
