Hi mates. 6 months went by and I didn't see gains yet!!! I`m getting dicouraged... every month I take the ruler out to measure and there I see it, no changes at all: 6"

I need help from the veterans who also struggled with initial gains...

Please my friends, can u help me with a routine that will finally make me gain?

I hear people talking about incredible newbie gains but I see none.

Here is what I did for 5 full months:

May- Started heavy with newbie stretches in the morning and jelqing + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] + slow squash jelqs in the afternoon (5on2 off)
June- Continued using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and added clamping twice a week (5on 2 off)
July- Gave up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] because it was hurting my ball-sack a lot and because I didn't have morning wood that often. Had a 10 days break and came back with stretches and jelqing and used an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for about 20 days. I didn't see any gains and was very frustrated, so I stopped using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
Aug- No Penis Enlargement for 10 days because I went on a trip. Then I did side-to-side stretches and squeezes (1on1off)
Set- Still seeing no gains, I decided to do only 15min jelqing (2on1)
Since October 1 I`ve been doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] (stretches in the AM, jelqing in the PM).

And here I am guys, 5 months experimenting things on my member and no changes in length. My girth is a little bigger due to the increased bloodflow but nothing noticeable. I need help and I`m pretty discouraged.

DLD, what should I do? Can u help me with a routine that will make me gain? Should I start hanging? What shoudl I do?

Well when I clicked on this I was almost sure it was gonna be another "hey I gained 2 inches in 6 months". I was pretty suprised to see someone that is struggling like I am. I've been at it since february and i've seen 1/2 inch gain in Bpel.

Don't give up....get mad get pissed get mean! Start using more intensity. Step up to a more intense exercise. For sure don't give up on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]! Its by far the best overall tool for length (I have not tried the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]) but its hands free thought free and its very effective. I know how frustrating it can be but take that emotion and put it to use on Penis Enlargement. Decide on either length or girth...whatever u want the most and dedicate all your time to that. Once u see some gains you can go back to both or just keep going until you reach the first goal then work on the other. This way it is more likely to see a noticeable gain and you can regain much needed confidence in Penis Enlargement.

Good advice. I agree. My main focus is girth and i will gain. I will make it work.
 
To the OP, had you done any Penis Enlargement at all before the work you started 6 months ago? If not, I suggest you start with the newbie program for a good period of time, not just the few days we have had in October. Also, you seem to miss alot of days, and from what I read, not putting in alot of time. This is not meant to be giving you a had time brother, but start simple, be constant, fuck days off - dont miss days, get into a routine and see what happens then. Good luck

Hey there, sorry for the frustration. There's no question that Penis Enlargement takes time to work. I have to admit, though, that in reading your routine, it doesn't seem like you are putting in the time with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] that you need in order to make gains. You need to wear it about 6 hours a day to make decent gains. Split this up however you can, but the tissue will not stretch unless there is consistent pulling for a significant amount of time. I only have time for 4 hours a day now, and my progress is much slower than it was when I was doing 6 hours a day.

Keep trying. It works.
 
Have you tried using basic stretching & expressive stretching? There are a lot of exercises on the forum but basic stretching should not be disregarded. Expressive Stretching will also help with gains too. What is your current workout? What are your goals? Lets put a routine together that will get you gaining!
 
DLD my current workout is this:

AM:
warm up
25 min stretching (down left, right, center, out, left, right center, up, left right, center)
some rotaries

PM:
warm up
15 min jelqing
Some Ulis

(2 on 1 off)

I am doing this light workout because I didnt gain with more heavy ones...

My goal is both lenght and girth.

I would add [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] on for 2 hrs after manual stretching. Other than that I would pick up the intensity. If you think youre going 100% youre probably not.
 
Only advise I can give is start with the phase 1 routine and do it everyday for at least a month.
If your Jelq working is getting done in 15 mins then you are not doing it for long enough!
for me to do 600 proper jelqs takes me at least an hour to do, now then I am doing jelqs with bends it's even longer as there are now 700 to do plus compression squeezes.

same goes for my basic stretches they take me 1 hour to do. so stick with it and increase the time you are putting into it and the intensity remember stretches need to be held to the max to get anything from them.
 
I agree with wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] after all length workouts for as long as you can, if it becomes too much switch to a lighter setting or use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s Strapping Method. During [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] breaks get in some BTC stretching and upward stretching, maybe a few rotation. This will firm your length efforts and allow them to cement quicker.

You need to remain consistent rather than changing your routine every month and maintain consistancy. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] seems very effective so possibly add in that.

So streches + [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]
Jelqs (600+) + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]

Keep this going for 3 months and the measure.

From what I see you kept changing your routine every month.
Pick one like the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and do stretching with it for 5 to 6 hours a day for at least 3 to 4 months and then take your measurements.

If everyone gained 1" in one month like what you are thinking we would all have monster cocks...we don't .
1/4" gain in erect length in 3 months is considered great.
Learn patience and focus and the gains will come over time!

lol clamping does not kill your length, in fact length can be gained with clamping. But I agree with you that working on girth and length simultaneously may not yield maximum results for either direction. Divide and conquer :).

I suggest you follow the SRT Routine and skip the girth portion.

Get yourself a length master if you still haven't made any length gains. Remember to start slow, you don't need to start heavy stretching right at the beginning of your session.
