Yes, as far as I know you can. I had one myself (FL) for a few years. Loved it. The insert started to wear though. I've been meaning to get another. To other men, don't think you can just buy an insert without the case. You need a case.

I'll have to do some looking around for the [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] insert, however I'm sure the tightest insert I already have would do the same job. I've just "acquired" the e-book that they are offering so I might start following it and see how it goes.

I like to use a [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]flesh light[/words] during edging, switching back and forth with my hand for sensitivity reasons. I do kegals while edging and I feel that makes a really good PC exercise. I also use it before pumping because I like to go in erect.
