Hi newly joined 2 weeks ago, like to post up here for motivation and help other newbies..

I dont have tape measure yet, but my goal is 8' solid consistent erect length. I can get to 7.5 length. Have to invest in tape and boxers!

Am noticing a few changes. I notice the flacid length increases first, and in my mind, this is first set up for potential erectilt length increase.

Also very important is the pe component. It works the muscle underneath the cock, so it in effect increases girth also.

My lengths have not increaed yet, however i am more consistently getting to my max, i wonder how long will it be to get the extra .5, hopefully time will tell...
 
Well the newbie program is complete

My gains have been in hanging length and girth/width.

I cannot report any Erect length gains.

Does anyone know how to increase erect length?

It is Penis Enlargement day 12/42. Very funny results.

Firstly, I dont think i measured from correct spot until i learnt how hardcore people do it, i fall a little short of 7' usually.

Just having quick measure, my circumfrence, is hanging around 5 and a 1/2, amazing gains.

I not officially measuring till day 42 is over and i will post the accurate results, but it looks extremely exciting so far...but bloody hard work though, v time consuming 1 hr a day + mess.
 
Just by observation, i am noticing length gains and girth gains. From my obsrvation i noticed that when your pe kegels get to a level of fitness, it "allows" faster gains all of a sudden. The moral is, dont't neglect the kegels.

I have ordered a Penis master, i have heard great things about this device, and the important thing about this device, is it has been tested with good results and it doesnt require wasting time, it works passively which is very important.

Day 19/42. Results are picking up now

On a tired, freshly worked shlong i notice gains in length. My flaccid seemed to increase by 1/8 and my girth increased 1/4.

I jumped straight to 20 min jelq since i started the program, and have replaced some of the streches with A strech and ball strech i think its called and also i twist it on the up movements. (im member but forgot the password so cant remember the name i dont thk.

I stretch hard, and sustain the 30s intervals.
 
After finishing the newbie program, in all honesty it seems i only gained probably 20% of my gains Penis EnlargementRMANENTLY. I'm relatively happy though. My shlong is a bit wider now, and a little longer.

What do you guys recommend it great to get more permanent gains?

I thought you had overed a [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PeniMaster[/words] in May - interested in hearing your thoughts and success with that one. I ordered one too and am almost one month into using it. I haven't seen any results yet, although I can never find more than 2-3 hours time / day to use it.

To maximize length gains, the general consensus is to hang. I'm considering the BIB starter early into next year.

i dont know if im a fast gainer but an hour of jelg last year i gain 1 1/2 in lenth and .5 in girth. you should try it for a solid month and you will be suprise.
 
Well, after a post workout today to build back into a new routine.

My measurements were: nbp 6.5 (-1.0 after break)
EG 5.5 (Approx same since training)


Supra, I might try your program, am desperate for more length.

Just don't knw how to increase the length, so willing to try almost anything.
