Hey guys, I'm looking to find a new length routine after getting from just over 6" up to 8". I think I may have exhausted gains coming straight from the ligs doing normal stretches (down, straight and up). I've been reading a bit about LOT theory and how that works. Here's my new routine which incoporates more upward stretching than my current one...

Warm Up (5-10 minutes in bath/shower)

Stretch Up Straight 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Left 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Right 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Upward Cranks

Stretch Straight Forward - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Straight Left - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Straight Right - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Straight Forward Cranks

Stretch Up Straight 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Left 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Right 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Upward Cranks

- 180 nice, hard kegels
- 180 Cranks

Nice routine, maybe through in some advanced tunica stretches. As far as i can see you are only streching you're ligs.

Actually, the upward stretches and the TOW stretches (which is what most of the routine consists of) target primarily tunica, so I'd say don't change a thing. This routine looks pretty awesome, if you stick with it of course ;)
 
Actually goldmember I haven't been sticking with it the past few weeks. I just moved to university so now I have a totally different daily routine. Hopefully once I get back in the swing of it it'll come straight back 'like riding a bike'... cheers :)
 
Slight change to the routine... substituted some of the 'straight up' stretches for BTC stretches, I definietly don't think I've maxed out on lig gains, I had my first lig pop in 4 years yesterday!

Hey what are cranks and can u tell me how u do a kegel exercise......srry I'm still new.......thanks
 
Hey, a crank is basically one rotary stretch. I stretch out in the direction specified and then do a crank with about 6-8 inch cicumference, probably takes between 1 and 2 seconds per crank.

slight change to the routine... been including some nice btc stretches for the ligs which I thought I'd maxed out, but now I'm pretty sure I haven't, I had my first lig pop ever a few weeks ago... I can really feel I'm getting bigger, can't wait to measure on Dec 15th :)

cheers Red, means a lot coming from you... definitely gained some girth since then and I get a lot harder and possibly more veinier in the last few months. Been hitting the jelqs because I KNOW I was neglecting them for the past year...

Might post some pics in the next few days actually, I was due for a three month measure a couple of days ago but I was too busy... could be good...

18/12/05 : 8.125 x 6

gonna put some new pics up in the next few days... might even do some ruler/tape shots if I can get the timer on my camera and the tripod working well...
 
I like the variety in your routine. I need to start stretching again soon. I may try short sessions, but really mixed up well like you are doing. Nice gains and keep it up. Do you do your stretches every day?

What was your pre-Penis Enlargement length?
 
grab an inch below the head and and an inch above the base and pull in opposite directions like a tug of war. I use it to stretch skin
