I wish we could help with that but we don’t carry the Boston Pump, There’s not a huge calling for air pumps when the Bathmate are so much better. We do still carry the mighty pump which you can find in our store. I’m not sure if you can order parts but check it out and get back to me if it’s something you want I’ll help you take care of it.
 
Air pumps are so yesterday. :-D No, but seriously, good cylinders are available quite readily. Price varies a bit, but a decent cylinder would be around 50-90 USD, depending on the size mostly. A 1.75" shouldn't put a big whole in your wallet, in matter of terms.
I was included in a newsletter longer time ago, to Thickwall. I actually have one of their cylinders, bought that so many years ago. The workmanship is good with those!
Sometimes they have slightly flawed cylinders for sale. LAPumps was another US-based that I recall being a good supplier.

And as DLD said, there is the Mity Vac Pump available from MoS store. Just don't know is it 2" opening or what, I just couldn't gather that information reading from the store page, length is 12" though.

It does bring comfort LOL I never really thought of it that way but when I’m stressed out or I’m having a tough day around of PE can really eliminate the stress and bring me to a much more comfortable and peaceful place.

It all depends on mood/timing, for instance I was 'tipped-off' about a slender brunette just 30 minutes north of me and that's who I'm meeting with tomorrow.
