Hello PE brothers,
I would like to know a routine that I can perform while being on holidays for 2 weeks with my girlfriend and I dont have the time to PE to maintain my size until I get back on my routine. I have read that some quick streches when u steal time in the shower or bathroom could make this work. What do suggest me and all the other people here being on holidays with no time for PE then?

Apart from that I am PEing exactly a year and I have gained an inch within this time in length and 0,4inch in girth.

5 minutes warmup
5 minutes of stretching
5 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of kegels
5 minutes of warmdown

If you have more time,add 10 minutes of jelqing & stretching..this should be a good routine.
 
Pretty much just do stretches and jelqs any chance you get. You might also try sneaking a lazy ass stretch before you sit down if your girl is in the shower or not looking. If you don't know, that's when you tuck your dick behind your cheeks and sit on it for as long as is comfortable.
 
The thing is if your gains are cemented you won't lose anything no matter how long you go without PE.

I'm not so sure I believe in "cementing". Seems a little sketchy. I think if you have been doing pe for long enough your gains will stay for a while but not forever. Similar to our muscles. You can get huge muscles but after a year or so of not working out everyone loses mass. I certainly don't want to test the cementing theory, that's for sure.

Maybe some veterans out there could give us some honest testimony about this subject. I know redzulu has been away for a while in a place where I doubt he can do much pe. I would be willing to bet he is not as big as he used to be.

Not at all and the correlation between muscle gain and penis gain are extremely different. I have gone months without training and had absolutely no loss in size. Once the penis has been enlarged there is no making it smaller.
 
There's no reason for it to shrink back to normal. At least not after the kind of training I give mine.
 
You just grow new tissue , there is no coming back from that,once you gained , it's gonna stick that way for the rest of your life..if you lose any gains that are not cemented,you can easily gained them back in a few days..you can enjoy your holiday,take your mind off PE :D

Months sure, but what about a year, 2 years? Do you know how long redzulu has gone without pe before? I would be very curious to hear from him.

Right? Better to be safe then sorry and stick to a maintenance routine. Or just keep pushing on and increasing the intensity till we hit our goal. I think most guys can reasonably gain 2 inches. Some rare freaks of nature can gain more obviously.

I would think that size loss has to to with poor circulation which is why you should always go to the gym, and have good diet.
This way you always have great REM erections, and wholly more blood flowing down there.

Our neural net gives us a false positive rather than avoid missing what could be a face.
What does that have to do with Viking PE lore?
Haakon Harfaggerson - I suspect that his name would not inspire fear and awe in the English speaking world were he alive today - he didn't have the benefit of knowing what worked for 1000s of other guys, or maybe another intrepid PEr of his day. He doesn't have the data to recognise that the jelquing with heat, and edging at least 7 times without 'giving in to pleasure' were the key parts of his practice.
I'm starting to see claims from some that cold has as much potential as heat on the penis. Elementary chemistry knowhow says that the rate of reactions is lowered at lower temperatures. And cellular activity, including growth is a chemically controlled process dependant on reactions.
That's not to say that Mr Harfaggerson or any else is wrong about the potential of extreme cold on the cells of the groin in seeking to increase the rate of growth in PE, I'm only keeping things grounded in principles we have the benefit of knowing that Haakon could not have understood when he rationalised what was working for him. That is if we are willing to believe this legend : )
I am ALL for testing though, as else how would we ever go beyond where we got to so far?

Obsession can be good. For me I find that PE is relaxing, I enjoy it and so coming from that perceptive I would consider it "not relaxing" on a holiday. Though I have never done PE on a holiday (mainly because of privacy), I can understand where the thread creator's mind is and I respect that thought process. Guys it is just like working out on vacation .... Some do and some don't. i think for me personally in the past I got to an unhealthy state of obsession with PE where I continued PE while having injuries. So don't do that ..... Have enough mental strength where you are able to take a break but as long as you have that strength to take a break if you need to, enjoy doing your thing.
 
I have never been a big fan of holidays. Why rest when you can work. But you could take your lengthmaster with you and do sessions at the bathroom. Say you need alone time, or work. She can be at the pool during this time.
