Hello guys, I have been a lurker here for some time now reading as much as I can. I want to share my current success with Penis Enlargement for all of those who need some motivation. I started back in early September with a simple stretch and jelq routine. After about a month, I became more ineffecient with my routine.

In late October, I got back into it with a better approach and a more diverse routine. Since then my routine has been light pumping, clamping, ulis, horse squeezes and high volume light stretches. With all of my exercises I have been using kegels also. I use many different kegel variations around 4 times per week.


Last night was my first measurement since I started.

Beginning BPenis EnlargementL 5.2"
Current BPenis EnlargementL 6.8"

Beginning EL 4.8"
Current EL 6.25"

Beginning EG 4.25"
Current EG 5"

Also, my orgasms are a lot more intense and my EQ is insane. I am actually currently pleased with my size (along with my partners) but my long term goal is an 8" x 6" and once I hit that goal, I'm not sure if I will want more or just maintain.
 
Hey there! ive also been a lurker for the past month or so. i am so grateful i discovered this site, i really feel i was inspired to find it and that it wasn't just by chance. so far ive been doing the beginners routine for about 2 weeks, i took a break over thanksgiving but i started again this last friday and this time i will not take breaks.

i was just curious if you could go a bit more in depth of your routine and maybe share what you felt was working best/causing gains for you during your process. your gains are crazy for a 2-3 month period. thanks!
 
Holy crap! Congratulations on your gains! You should be very proud of how fast and how much youve gained in such a short period, keep it up!
Im also very curious as to what your routine looks like and what you think caused most of your gains.

I think what has worked the most is doing a long kegel session, light stretches for about an hour, pumping, edging and clamping two to four nights per week depending on how often I have sex that week. I do stretch, though, 5-6 days.

Typical night would be my a warm up then 45-60 minute stretches in all directions followed by a shower. After that, I get a good porno and get a 100% erection. I work the pump 5 minutes, then clamp, back and forth for 5 minute sessions all while edging. Then I do some manual stretches like ulis, horse squeezes, jelqs, etc and warm down or ejaculate.
 
All that stress on the penis and your EQ is still great. Thats phenomenal for a beginner. Just goes to show how important the EQ value is when making a growth routine.
