So I decided the best way to keep myself motivated would be with a log.

I did about half of the beginner routine about 3 years ago and stopped. I noticed gains then but life happened and I couldn’t continue. When I started again I started hanging because I wasn’t a fan of jelqing. I can hang or clamp while I work, but I can’t Jelq. I am using an LG Hanger and I also use a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] usually twice a day and I clamp Usually 3 10 minute sets a day.

I am lucky enough to work from home most days and I live alone so I have the ability to PE a lot through the day.

I don’t have measurements from before I started

My measurements as of 11/06/2015 are
BPFSL - 7.50”
BPEL - 6.75”
FL - 6.0”
FG - 4.5”
Clamped girth - 5.5”

Hours in hanger
SD - 10:00
BTC -18:00
Light weight (3.5lbs) - 4:21

I have had a BPFSL gain since I started, and so far my FL and FG how went up incredibly. I was such a grower before I started that I hated going swimming for fear of looking like I didn’t have a dick lol

My erection quality is through the roof, I have erections so hard that it feels like the skin is gonna pop, and I have morning wood for the first time in forever.

Another point-

Last night I had the unfortunate luck of seeing some messages between my now ex girlfriend and her best friend. She was saying that she loved the way I treated her and her son and that it was so hard but that I don’t do it for her sexually., and she didn’t think it was going to work. And that she was texting an ex BF who apparently has a pretty large member and she was telling her friend she didn’t find him attractive but the sex was amazing. I was crazy about this girl so that stung a little.

I don’t think I have a small penis, but I could definitely stand an increase in my opinion. So I plan to be very committed to PE moving forward. Any comments are appreciated and please help keep me motivated!

Welcome the Brotherhood Iamjacks! First and foremost, women talk and lie to each other about men and penis size. They are notorious for this and it is usually done out of resentment. I have been with women who have said I had the biggest penis they ever had and then after we broke up my penis was tiny. Ignore that crap, you new life starts today! Your routine looks good and I will follow your progress each day and help where I can.

Remember this: When the love life is good you will be 2" bigger, when the relationship goes bad you become 2" shorter....that is the female game of penis envy

Consider kegels. They work really well with a length routine. Also consider bundles, because those work well with length and girth. I said the same thing. I noticed how much kegeling was happening during edging sessions and I figured that should be fine. Theb I tried them out on their own with a length routine. It makes a big difference when you start doing high quantities outside of your routine. Last month I went at them as hard as I could stand for hours almost daily. My PC muscle clearly got a lot stronger, and a bit larger. Especially near the base. My eq is better to an extent where it's just no contest. Halting an ejaculation is a lot easier also. And my fat pad shrank a bit. Lots of little things from them.

I'd recommend taking them more seriously. Maybe even go nuts with them a few months and focus on length. Then go to girth training with an absurd eq when you're ready. You can't oversell kegels.

Just my xp. If you have a beast eq I'm sure it can wait.

I do them for about 2 hours as hard as I can at the end of the day I'd do light ones all day if I were training length though. I just need to wait so I can have my eq higher during the day. That's why I say just training length for a while would go really well with getting your pc muscle strength up. It keeps you fatigued for length work. And after it rests your eq goes up.

If you really want to try for length and girth at the same time, sticking to a good session at the end of the day has given me some damn good results. If you do go all out in length though, just do them all the time. Just don't do them on days you're hopeful to get laid. It does literally get tired out.
 
While doing thousands of normal kegels help endurance (how long you can hold it) towel lifts give actual resistance training (how hard you can squeeze it). Some adult entertainment guys are all ripped from the fat pad, and its probably cause they lift something from their erect penus.
All I know is that I've done towel lifts before training which stiffens erection, and I've actually felt pain in the shaft from doing them after a heavy girth session. I think longth said he was gonna do some kind of weighed kegels, but I don't remember what happened with that.

Right now I hover pretty close to 100% but it's not quite there yet. I want that whole throbbing veins busting out feel. If I do get into weighted kegels it won't be for a long while and probably only a pound or two.

In other words, maybe someday

Weighted Kegels will really help strengthen the muscles responsible for giving you that great erection that stands tall and vascular. The stronger the pelvic floor muscles the stronger the erection will be.
 
At seventeen I lifted this little 2.5 lbs plate, and that shit was awesome XD. I built up to it, also my erections were different from today.
I know they have something for just that maybe ill try to find it

If you do let me know. I'm sticking with kegels for a long time and training it to be beefy would be awesome.

It seems early but I feel I am consistently getting more and more growth, maybe it's a placebo effect, but I swear its getting bigger.
 
On a side note...

I am pretty fair, so I take Melanotan 2. One of the side effects is ridiculously high EQ erections. I should be getting some in the mail tomorrow and I am hoping it will get my clamping expansion through the roof. I'll keep you guys updated on it

Took the day off of hanging today, I was pretty sore in my ligs are an hour of 10lbs BTC,\

Mild clamping and 2 10 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] seesions was all I did today.

I Really think the Hang/Clamp/bathmate trio is making a huge difference.

I just hit 44 hours hanging with a max weight of 10lbs (first time yesterday at 10lbs) and I'm pretty sure I've gained close to an inch in lenght. I wish Ihad taken measurements beforehand, but its a visible size difference and I was a skeptic.

EQ is down

When your eq is down and your junk is fatigued it's been said that length work can actually be more effective. I've never really tried but in case you get interested.

I like the light day instead of just a dead day off. Definitely smarter to get in something despite the need for a break. Try to develop a schedule where light days allow you a sense of a day off and give you the benefits of not missing time. That's the best way to structure a routine imo.

Yes, this is the best time to do length work because the penis is in a fatigued state so that the Pelvic Floor Muscles has little pull back. The penis is in a much more malleable state which means it is much easier to stretch.
