You will want to work on Kegels to strengthen your erections. How about you try doing some towel lifts to work out your erection muscles. Just get a erect as possible, lay a towel over your cock, and try to lift it. This exercise should give your muscles a little jolt of life, and with practice you can achieve a stronger erection. Make sure you don't masturbate too often that also hurts your boner strength

That is pretty low. Have you had any testosterone tests done? Kegels will get you much stronger but 60% is very low. Have you tried Viagra yet?
 
I think by cutting down on masturbation you'll recover. I used to edge alot, and it also hurt my eq maybe I wasn't doing it right. Now I have a rule that I only touch myself when training which is once in the morning once in evening. I have great eq this way

Excellent advice AIM! I have always looked at masturbation as an opportunity to get in edging and girth work. I will make it a rule that I need to get in at least 30 minutes of training before letting one off. I am looking for a thick, long cock with eq like steel. If I can't get to that level masturbation will be skipped.
