So ive been on a routine dld gave me

Than the second day is two sessions again morning i do sling shot [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] a stretch 2 handed a stretch base twist and body rock
And than at night i do bow and arrow stretch down and out rocking stretch side fulcrum tunica fulcrum stretch. Each stretch is held for 5 'inutes and tunica stretch warmup before. I have done this every day with sometimes 2 days off or 1 day on while wearing a sleeve. I have been doing this since january still not 1 little gain. Why? Can someone please help me?
 
Dude, I'me telling you right now, the reason the phase one works so well is because of the combination of flaccid stretching and semi erect jelq sretching. So if you aren't doing both, it aint going to do much.
When stopped the jelqing, my length gains stopped, also, if you aren't using baby powder for grip when stretching, you won't gain shit.
Lastly, everyone gains differently, what works for one, may not work for another, i see to much of the ''this is how you do it'' bull, everyone is different, some people gain mad girth from just jelqing, some people need clamped squeezes, all depends.
 
5 minutes stretches? When I stretch I can hold, depending on the stretch, for a max of 1 minute before my arms are killing me. So my question is how much force are you putting it to your stretches.

While long duration is good when stretching, I can guarantee with 100% certainty that for any manual stretches, your intensity is not even close to being high enough if you are able to hold for 5 minutes. I can do 30-60 seconds tops before my grip gives out, and my grip is pretty damn strong.

I would focus on perfecting your grip and ramping up the intensity over time. I think there's often a mental block happening when guys start yanking on their penis that holds them back, and guys think they are pulling hard when they really aren't.

Besides i think tunica deformation can help you out too

Deffinitely, th [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] s a tried and true piece of equipment, but like i said, simple thing like adding baby powder to your grip hand make a huge difference. DLD use to mention stuff like this a lot back in the day, but i think most people just skip over it's importance, also, like the others pointed out, 5 min is way to long a stretch.

I look at that routine and have to believe part of the issue must be intensity. And there's no way you could maintain or tolerate a 5 minute GOOD stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words]. I gained 1/8 of an inch of BPFSL in ~3 weeks using a single [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] per day. Are you warming up with bundled stretches before your routine? Is this the missing link? Workout every single day if possible. I also use the sight of red dots after a session to gauge whether the workout was beneficial. Not to the point of one large mass of dots but an amount that has faded before the next days workout.
 
I agree.......no way you're even close on intensity!! You really need to step that up, and I assure you.....the gains will start coming! Look at it like this.....every day, I hang 15lbs on my dick.......do you think you're putting even half that pull on yours?? The other thing is.....I'm sure people get tired of me preaching this, but I'm a believer......get you an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and stay in it, every minute you're not stretching!! It works!!

Either you've got an insane amount of hand and arm strength or like others have said the intensity isn't there. I can pull HARD with my hands and at the 45 second mark I'm about done. Additionally if you are actually able to pull intensely for that long you'd be too sore to stretch for at least a day. When I jumped from 30 to 45 second manual stretches in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] I was sore for a week. I was still able up stretch but it was very tender at the beginning. You could be so sore that you think you're stretching but really you aren't.

I'm no PE master, I'm still very new myself, but I'm looking at this from just the mechanics of the body and how things work and heal. You'd have to have Popeye forearms and eat your spinach to be able to repeatedly pull with sufficient intensity repeatedly and even then it'd be hard to do.

I hope you're able to nail down the problem and make this work.

Newbie routine not following it anymore,i started whit hanging three days ago,and feels great,besides passive stretching alows to use my hands doing something else..

Sorry I have been gone everyone.... I typed that the wrong way. I am doing 5 minute stretches as in Ill do each stretch from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] stretches 1 minute each way twice and one final set of 3o seconds each way. I hope that clears it up. I have been doing bundled stretches 1 minute each way so 5 directions left right up down straight out 1 minute each out. it could be intensity not sure I really like to think I pull hard and i do two workouts every day. Should I start hanging??

Hanging would definitely help.....but I still don't think you're using enough intensity, so, you need to start with really low weight, as you're probably not super conditioned. You don't want to be able to hold for a minute.....you need to be pulling hard enough, that 30 seconds, is all you can hold it.

I am thinking it is an intensity issue also. I would add intensity and try whatever you have not tried yet. If the routine I wrote is not bringing gains I suggest trying something new. Equipment may be the way to go.

Also I've talked about how I think we all have a sort of mental block when it comes to stretching our dicks, like our brain wants us to hold back because it's afraid we will hurt ourselves. You're probably not pulling as hard as you think you are. I know there have been plenty of times where I thought I was pulling "as hard as I can", and then I hit a plateau and to push past it I have to go harder. It's not that I didn't have the strength to do it before then, I just had a mental block.

I have I still cant gain and I can not be setting aside more time for PE. I set aside two 1 hour sessoins in the morning and before bed. I am starting to think I just need too start hanging. DLD what do you think of this
 
I don't recommend hanging when are frustrated about not gaining. I fear you would increase weights too quickly and loose efficiency. Also it is wise to know which hanger suits and fits you best. You can't really tell unless you have some insights before buying or manufacturing one.

Before I got my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] (a device which I recommend to any rookie by the way because it is so simple) I did stretches that lasted for a few hours per day. Obviously the intensity was low but what I did was simply stretching during my leisure time with one hand and immediately I felt the positive sensations that came along with it. After a few days it was clear to me that I needed an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. Don't know whether you can keep that routine up but it is a nice way to look at these stretches in general. I do believe some people gain more with high intensity (short and strong) and others gain more with high volume (gentle but long durations).
 
You may want to go through my how to guide and see if my hanger and routine appeal to you. I start guys off with 20 minutes a day to get their heads in the game and if their schedule allows (sounds like yours does), they hang for more time as they are able. I'd work with you one on one by email as well. Look in the Hanging Around Forums.

Hanging is another way to go but I am concerned more with why no other method was working. Give hanging a try and see what happens.

I think once you get loosened up you stop, when you need to keep it stretched for longer. It's like you get everything loose then you stop and have to restart what you started. Id either look into a good stretcher to help keep what you worked for. And maybe get a hanger and for that hour use the hanger then put on the stretcher when your all loosened up.
