this i do every day (6 days per week)
i do ten supra slammers on days 1,3 and 5
i do 500 jelq and bends followed by 500 normal high intensity jelqs on days 2, 4 and 6

wat you all think?

ok, ive just read the TOL thread which is v interesting! i have a tol of 9 so hopefully can make some "easy" gains by doing lots of lower stretches. so heres my new stretch routine:-

as well as the slammers and jelqs mentioned above...
 
ive changed the jelqs and slammers to an every day thing! so 800 jelqs, followed by 10 - 15 supra slammers. can really feel the slammers working, the pressure build up is imense! atm im doing 6 days on and 1 day off, after my day off my girth seems to be fuller and my erections alot harder. anyone else get this? ive got two minds about moving the routine to 7 days a week with no days off. anyone have any thoughts on this?

hey DLD, been a while since i updated this so my routine has changed since.
was doing them stretches for months and my glans started hurting so ive bought a max vac now

my routine is this so far:-

2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] mins SO hang at 11lbs (or whatever weight allows me to do a max hang of 30 mins)

ADC for 4 hours
600 jelqs
ADC for another 3/4 hours

i really like the ADC, by the time i take it off my flaccid hang looks insane and my girth measures about .3" bigger

read the thread on DLD 110 yesterday so may be incorporating them before hanging

tomorrow morning ill be recieving 1.5 kg of PABA and plan to take 5g a day. hopefully this will prevent the toughening of the tunica and ligs as i progress up weights with hanging
