I noticed the spam the last time I logged in. Glad to see that gone. Hats off to the folks behind the scenes that keeps things working on the site

That would be me:) I was deleting spam all day and night. Fixed the issue and will never happen again. With a new forum tweaking is necessary.
 
So true but if you were in this thread yesterday you would have not known it, there was like 500 Spam posts clogging this thread. The spam filter accidentally went off for about an hour. It took me all day to clean up the affected threads.

Actually I noticed the spam on day one. It was on almost all threads especially the progress logs of a lot of people. But I knew it's only temporary cause of the new site settings, and it would be removed soon.

I spent the whole day deleting them one at a time and then after I did all that work I realize there was an easier way to do it. ?

I haven't been around for awhile, and without going through so many threads, I hope you dont mind me asking what is your starting size, and current stats? your goals?

My measurements when I started was BPEL 6", EG 4.9", BPFSL 6" and NBPFL 3.5". I will have to look back on my latest measurements but IIRC, my BPFSL was 7.5", BPEL 7", EG 5.5", NBPFL 4.5"

Thanks D. I will have to figure up my hours in the phallosan, the last time I added them up it was over 700 I think. I am not able to get 2 BM sessions every day but I have been trying to get in as many as I can. So far it is working out really well. I have noticed that my flaccid hang is better when I have done a session in the morning. I also think I get a better stretch with the phallosan as the BM has started the stretching.
 
Awesome sounds like you’re right on point. And if you can handle this extra sessions every day go for it! I’m like you I can take a lot of exercise without a lot of fatigue. So when I was training actively I will train the whole day.

Very good. I bet you were surprised at first, and like most (me incl) think its all fake, and not real.

I would be lying to say I was not skeptical at first. Everything I read on the internet said that PE could not be done, be happy with what you have. I am glad that I did not take that as the truth and continued looking. Finding MOS was the gold at the end of the rainbow

I have noticed my EQ fall off a few times but I usually throw in a break when I notice it and it goes back to normal.

I would agree with you that most things online do not work but if you see anything on this form it will work. We have been doing this for 16 years and everyone has gained let’s put forth the proper effort. Keep your head in a motivational place, always strive for more intensity. I’m so glad you are a believer now and the gains are coming as they should.

That’s it my brother! Use every tiny game as rocket fuel to get to the next level. That’s what kept me inspired, when I saw measured growth I immediately started to plan on bringing this to the world. I had no idea how to do it back then but today so many have come to MOS and in this revival we’re going to see this site grow faster than I ever had before. Thanks for staying involved and I’m very pleased that you have gained size and has filled your? tank with PE rocket fuel!

Thanks for posting here and letting a new guy like me learn some more !

Glad I can help Born. I have cut down on my routine lately due to time restraints but I am doing what I can. I also have the LM and I need to get it back out again. My biggest trouble with the LM was getting my wrap just right. The last one I used seemed to work pretty well and as crazy as it sounds, I enjoyed using it.

Nice yeah I had the same problem with the LM at first but once you find your perfect wrap it’s nothing but gains from there ??

That is so correct and if I’m right you were practicing wrapping before you even got your Lengthmaster. And you’re right with practice getting the wrap proper they’ll be nothing but gains with absolutely no pain. Like you’ve said many times every brother here should I own a Lengthmaster. It will increase gains so much faster than using your hands plus there’s so many different exercises you can do with it.
