Thanks for updating your routine because it lets me know that you’re still working and you’re making good progress. When any brother does not post for a couple days I get worried and I send out a message hoping that the brother will come back and I can help them with whatever they’re going through. That’s why I love progress threads because Les may keep an eye on all parts of a brothers routine. So I will always be here as a cheerleader making sure you’re leading

perhaps you've hit a plateau? this happens (often?), I know I've struggled-past a few
I will plan on that date.
My recipe for overcoming any/all plateaus? Do something other than what you have been doing. Sounds simplistic and silly, but each time I hit what I think is a lull, I switch it up.
Always very dedicated, excellent detailed progress. I can see that you take it seriously, and will get to the goals in time you set yourself.

I did pretty well last week and was set to keep up the pace this week when I took a fall on the 28th that slowed me down a bit. I still tried to get in what I could but I found that I am not as young as I once was and concrete is harder than I remember.

Your consistency is your most beneficial quality. When I look at your work I can see that not only do you take it seriously but you understand that this is a process and it requires consistency and motivation. Thus far you have been very consistent and inspiring so I know the next measurement day is going to be awesome

Sounds like interesting stuff to do!But those without a pair of other hands, try setting up a tripod setup somehow and start taking video; you can get to the point where the camera is angled and concentrate on the measuring while it's taking video.
@FullBloodArab actually made a tutorial about this!
