Hi MC.
I do wear my PF under my clothes while at work. I work at a desk all day and have had no problems with slippage or anything like that.

When I am able to get in 2 BM sessions and in my experience, the night session gives me more expansion. That may be because my morning sessions are shorter and I am more focused in the evening. With trying to get ready for work and rustle kids it keeps my mind busy. I have noticed that my flaccid hang is better when I can get in a morning session.

I try to get in rest days when I feel like I need them. If my eq starts to drop I will throw in a rest day. The weekends are used for family time but I do throw in a morning session sometimes.
 
I have not posted my routine in a few days so I will post to the best of my memory.

And when you consistently show effort + outcome the people following Your thread gain inspiration and motivation to start their own work. I’m glad to see you got another good day!
 
Thank you MC, I am trying to stay with it as best as I can
and this is why these progress threads help us so much as we become accountable to one another and in kind, remind each other when they see you go off track. A progress thread shows a true commitment to the PE process.

We train so hard to make gains that we sometimes forget to tell the stories of sexual success. The whole reason you wanted to become bigger is so you can have more confidence. With that new confidence it’s awesome to hear stories I have shown the results of your hard work.

The Christmas season can make it hard to stay on schedule, so do what you can but do not stress it, Family is always most important.

It's easy to do Kegels and Testicle Health Massage if there's no time for other PE activities!

Thanks Ark. I have been doing some kegels to make up for my session lapses this week. I agree with you and D on the family being important and I make sure that we get in the family time. I make sure that I get in some sessions but if I miss one it does not make me crazy

Thanks for updating your routine because it lets me know that you’re still working and you’re making good progress. When any brother does not post for a couple days I get worried and I send out a message hoping that the brother will come back and I can help them with whatever they’re going through. That’s why I love progress threads because Les may keep an eye on all parts of a brothers routine. So I will always be here as a cheerleader making sure you’re leading
