That’s what these progress threads are all about when the future comes. When people make good progress threads explaining everything they did daily in the end gives a great map to other people who want to gain in the same way. Many progress log this year have gone on to become routines for hundreds of men. So keeping a thorough routine log including measurements exercises, pictures, tools and daily updates will be like gold in the future for not only you but for those who are watching you.
 
Extremely consistent! Have you tried the SRT Bathmate Routine? It is so expansive that I had to ask. Looking good as always!

Thank you for the kind words WG. It has been a few months since I measured officially and I am due to do another one. I know I take measurements during the month to make sure that I am staying on track but I use those as a guide as they fluctuate.

I feel you! When we went down we went down hard. I was so nervous and scared just like in 2002 when we started. We had to sell everything and risk the farm to make the Brotherhood successful again. Everyday we work hard, things get better. I know with us doing the work necessary will save the Brotherhood for years to come. And I rely on MOS big time! I get my SS but that is not even enough to pay the bills. But God has always been good so I keep my head up and do whatever it takes to make the most of everyday!

I have always been told to keep my eye on the prize so I try to stay focused on my goal. I know several people on SS and you are right about it not being enough. I am not sure it will be around by the time I am able to get it so I try to prepare accordingly.

That’s it you got to keep your eye on the prize no matter what happens. If we lose sight of the reason we came here we will lose our motivation very quickly. Is the feelings we started with that we need to hold onto to keep her motivation high and keep her head in the game.

Looking really good my brother but I’m noticing that you’re not doing any bundled stretches. I think you would benefit you before every routine to get in five minutes a bundled stretching as it’s going to help accelerate gains in the sense that the Tunica will be prestretched allowing it to take on so much more size.

Thanks Mike. I admit that my routine has been a little lackluster lately. I have been trying to find a good balance between work, family and my routine. I am going to try to get those stretches back in there and would really like to get in some LM work as well as some hanging.

Figuring out the schedule is a tough thing at first but you’ll find pockets of time here in there and blocks of time here and there where you’ll be able to get in more and more work. Don’t stress yourself out just figure out what’s gonna work best for you.

That’s why it’s so important to come here every day for a quick visit just to check in and let us know what’s going on. Stagnation is so easy to pick up and this really hurts our motivation. So sometimes just being accountable to the brotherhood is enough keep you on the road to gains.

I’ve been through your entire progress log today and it was very impressive. I enjoyed the exchanges with BSA and DLD, BeardedBaldy(?) and Huge Girth among many others. It was a lot of fun and it looks like a lot of people got a lot from it! I was around halfway through when I surmises that we wouldn’t make it to the present day for whatever reason (but I kept on to see what progress you made, regardless), and as it transpired it’s almost a year since the last post. Anyway, I hope everything is well with you and yours! All the best, Rob.
