100 wet jelqs for a warm up
BM session 1st set @ 7 minutes, 2nd set @ 6 minutes and 3rd set @ 6 minutes. 25 wet jelqs after each set
CR for 1 hour

I had to skip my BM for a family event. This week has been a tough week for my consistency, hoping next week will get me back on track
 
Thank you MrP and hg. Last week was a bad week for my training. I had some things on my mind and one thing I can say is that when you have things on your mind, it will screw up your mojo. I am hoping to get back in the groove this week.

After having a pretty bad week for BM sessions, I managed to get in 2 10 minute sessions this day. These were condensed sessions but it was nice to be able to fit it in

Do you think working on length and girth is hindering either or have you gained in both

I can relate. it affects girth exercise the most.

Thank you for the kind words MBB. From my experience, working on both has not hindered me. I have added length and girth since I started. There are guys here that work on one or the other and some work on both but it all depends on the person as everyone is different.

I did not get to my BM session this day due to a project that I was working on that ended late that night

Thanks HG. I am still using that sleeve and it is still holding up great. I was hoping they were going to start selling them so I could pick up a few more but I have not heard anything lately.

I'm about getting the Phallosan but I'm very worried about the sleeves. You need to buy alternative sleeves elsewhere because stillwantsmore said MOS won't be selling those sleeves anymore. It seems DLD wasn't able to reach a deal with bandit.

That is bad news because those sleeves were good ones. I have seen some other sleeves and they were reasonably priced. I will have to look for the link again. I posted it a while back. The PF is a great tool to have in your chest, I don't think you would regret getting the PF even if you have to use the sleeves that came with it.

I managed to get in a condensed BM session during my morning shower. I was able to get a 15 minute session before the house filled up with people for a cookout

I used to have the PF in the past. I won't be able to use it with the condom sleeves that came with it. It's not worth it at all.

I understand. I have not used the sleeves since I got the test sleeve. Once it wears out I will have to find another one

I am not able to do wet jelqs right now due to an injury to my left hand between the thumb and pointer finger.

I wasn't consistent enough in the last 3 weeks. I'm expecting the Phallosan maybe that's why and secondly, I noticed that it started when I decided to update my progress log once in a while. I'm going back to my old habit of daily updates.

My consistency has not been that great lately, got several irons in the fire so to speak. I am making sure that I get in as many sessions as I can so that I don't fall off the grid.

Over the last couple of days I have done something a little different than my normal. I have heard it many times here that you can change things up a little to provide that shock factor. Over the last 2 days I have done my BM session in the morning instead of the evening and it seems to be working fine so far. The only thing I know that I need to change is the time in the pump during a morning session.

Good to see your consistency over a year, if I'm not mistaken you've been pretty much consistent since you started logging here last year ? Congrats (belated) on completing a year of logging. :)
How about a measure anytime soon, to check the efficacy of your routine ? Cause if you have gained then I dont think theres a need to change up things ? Just saying :rolleyes:

So true but if you were in this thread yesterday you would have not known it, there was like 500 Spam posts clogging this thread. The spam filter accidentally went off for about an hour. It took me all day to clean up the affected threads.
