Just be patient or just up the intensity again. It won't come so soon as you think. Some people takes more than 1 year.

I have did.6 months of p.e and.gained 1.5 BP.so I'm.7inch BPL I was excited lol.I.have a 1inch fat pad tho so my NBPL 6inch all.good tho
But here's what I.plan.to.do for the.next 6 months.

then warm down then.put.ace bandage for about a hour or so then take.off edge and.crash out . and repeat 6 days on 1 day off.
here we go.today's day 1!
