I have one and it's not nearly as comfortable and the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PeniMaster[/words]. You definitely need to replace that noose (ouch) with a velcro strap, works much better and less painful.

yeah i kinda figured cuz the plastic does look some what uncomfortable...whats a noose?

The noose is the loop that attaches to your penis. It is kinda rough and thin so when you wrap it around your penis (just behind the glans), it cut off circulation real easy and becomes painful after a few minutes. It may not be so bad if you're uncut cuz you have of protection if you attach it over your foreskin, but for cut guys it's not very comfortable.

I use a 3/4" wide velcro strap, you should be able to find them at any hardware store.

They are new. At least the one I purchased was. Unfortunately it was too uncomfortable for me to wear. Didnt think of using a velcro strap though. Sikdogg do you have a picture of how you set it up?

Because our currencys are different, I get it for a pretty cheap price I must say.
Hard to explain, but we use our currency against your, to measure the value of the own. And at these times, the dollar is cheap as hell.

So I'm only paying about $100.00, but in my currency that is.
The seller still get's whats on the pricetag.
Thats why so many people in europe buy from the US.

I've heard the Max-Extender is really good.

It works alright but only stretches in one direction where the PM or Vimax allows you to stretch up, out, and down. I also think that it's a little troublesome to put on, but for around $30 it's a good buy.
