today's my 2nd day taking these pills...

1st day --- no effect obviously
2nd day --- headache, nausea, can't hold an erection, irregular heart beat...

You may have an adverse reaction to one of the herbs, hard to know for sure....let me know how the second trial goes, hopefully it will improve.
