Masturbation effects on PE?

for me personally, masturbation is my worst enemy when it comes to p.e. if i masturbate during or before length, i then cba to do the routine. if i masturbate before or during girth work, i dont get much expansion and generally just leads to a bad workout. i can masturbate in the morning and do a girth session in the evening with no eq problems, however if i leave it at least a day after masturbating, i feel much better when doing my girth work and feel like i push the limits a bit more. i also personally think it isnt healthy both mentally and physically to masturbate twice a day, even once a day. i prefer to limit myself to 5 times max a week, with ideal being 1-2 times. this is just me though and will vary from person to person, but i like using my sex drive to fuel workouts
 
For me masturbation is once per day at the most. I will not allow myself to do this unless I have gotten in a solid girth routine. After I get in my girth I allow myself to shoot one off. After masturbation I will do all my stretching, as I feel this is the best time to stitch due to refractory period and the fatigue felt after orgasm...my penis is more stretchable and malleable in this state.

I masturbate while performing a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] session but only to stay hard. I'll usually finish the session with edging (I think that's what it's called) but I never go all the way with it. I also use masturbating as a form of massaging between pumps, almost like a light jelq.

I don't do it. It usually gives me somewhat of a hard flaccid afterwards. There is no one size fits all on how it will effect your EQ. It messed w/ mine a little bit, but I was still able to attain a full erection, just @ a slower pace.

Why not turn your masturbation habit into an edging routine?

I've read an article that took a poll on men that masturbate after PE and it found that men that do maturbate, and ejaculate, saw as much as half an inch fewer gains. But men that masturbate without ejaculation or not masturbating at all after PE saw the same amount of gains. It stated though, that there was so direct correlation but those numbers are interesting.

i also find that it negatively affects me. its tougher and more rigid after masturbation, and i feel length after masturbation atleast for me isnt optimal, i dont feel as malleable

Pretty interesting. I wish they would had broke down the study a bit more. Exercises and such. Either way even w/o a study I would think there could be some correlation to it. Maybe not gaining, but just EQ probably limiting gain notices. I could be wrong though.

I personally have never found this to be an issue. I have always ejaculated directly after girth work and have always had great gains there. Thanks for the study, I will review it myself.
