if you start clamping, do other manual girth exercises lose the effictiveness. i mean if clamping can deliver more pressure, than after you have clamped, exercises like horse squeezes would be rendered ineffective right? this is what is keeping me from clamping, i want to get all i can from manual exercises before moving to clamping. what are your thoughts on this matter guys?
 
It's not a straight yes or no. You can do manual exercises that are more intense than clamped exercises if you want to, provided that you squeeze harder etc.

In general, if you go from regularily doing a higher intensity exercise to a lower intensity exercise, then the adaption from the higher intensity exercise will make the lower intensity exercise less effective.
 
A thundering, resonant NO, manual exercises do not lose thier effectiveness. While certain pressure can be attained with clamping, you can still grow with as little as jelqing, even after a long stint of clamping. In fact, the majority of all of the big gainers in Penis Enlargement history have done it by manual exercises alone. Jelqing still maintains its potency as a Penis Enlargement tool after learning squeezes and bends, so there is no reason why those manual exercises should be rendered useless.

There is a concept of conditioning, where if you do the more advanced exercises the less advanced ones won't work as well because your penis has become "conditioned." There is a limit to how fast your penis can be broken down and recover, and if you are at that threshold now, why try and speed it up to no avail?

Do not let it scare you from clamping. If you are truly concerned, why not make clamping just an addition for a while to see how you like it? Maybe jelq for 10 minutes, do a few squeezes, clamp for 5 minutes, etc.
 
Alloy, adaption to stress is one of the fundamental functions of the human body. If you go from hanging 10 pounds to hanging 20 pounds for 6 months and then back, there's little doubt that 10 pounds will not provide the same stress that it once did.
 
I guess what you should really look at is, do you need a more intense exercise? If manuals are working now, stick with it until you can't feel the same stretch from it. Then if you want something more, go with Alloy's suggestion, 10 minutes of clamping to your routine and see where that takes you.
 
This is one of the reasons why I don't want to go overkill on my clamping (which I started very recently): too much too soon could result in unwanted adaption to stress, therefore raising the threshold for future gains even higher. I'm still sticking to basic dry jelqing for the most part, with a few minutes of clamping thrown in the mix for maximum engorgement.

Your penis obviously responds in a different way than your muscles, but the basic principles are still the same. However, doing some strategic deconditioning might open the door for easy gains from wet jelqing and other light exercises. The same goes for length gains, too: for example, I didn't do any manual stretching during the summer (that would be roughly 2.5 months off), and after I started back up with your basic stretch-in-every-direction-for-30-secs-per-set routine, I suddenly gained .4'' in BPenis EnlargementL. The gains came very quickly, which I surmise is due to my ligs being totally deconditioned after the summer break.

I agree with quijjibo in that if you go from doing 2 hours of clamping everyday to doing 20 minutes of light wet jelqing, you're probably destroying your chances to gain anything. I do however think that no matter how long you've been clamping or hanging 20 kilos off your dick for hours on end, you can STILL make gains with old fashioned manual exercises, provived that you take a reasonably long break in between the transition.

I can not see how clamping in itself can produce gains. IMO the tissue needs to be manipulated and deformed in order for girth gains to be possible. I think the combination of clamping with girth work may be the most effective.
 
Clamping with girth is definitely the way to go! I have recently been exploding with girth. For awhile I did jelqs with not alot to show for it. Then I started clamping and edging. Some gains there, but not enough for me. Recently I have started a superset and BOOM, girth.

Basically I am clamped the whole time I am doing this.

NOT an extreme clamp, but tight enough that I dont have to worry about losing the erection. Then I edge for about 2-3 minutes, do 2 minutes of jelqs, then 2 minutes of DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words]. Then start over. I do about 3-4 sets of this. It has helped reduce my discoloration and is continuing to produce more and more girth. Best thing ever for me.

Another thing I have been doing is erect clamped stretches, this not only works on length(which is also growing FINALLY), but also works on girth.

I am excited as a mofo with this routine.
