Have really slacked off the past few weeks, so got back on the wagon this week! Trying to post on here to keep up the motivation. Due to measure in mid-October, want to try every 3 months so really need to push on. I could see using it like this for stretching while awake but i could not figure out the mechanics of using it with it wrapped around your foot while sleeping. It would seem that the whole thing would pull off but i may just be overthinking it. I was thinking putting the ring on the foot but it seems it would come off during the night
