Hi Guys
It has been a while since I have posted here I still pop in every now and then and see whats happening in the Penis Enlargement world. But I am over being average so I have decided to make my goals a reality. I am not to sure what I last measured on here but I measued this morning and although I was not fully erect it was there and i measured at 6.5 bone pressed and 5.2 girth mid shaft. My goal is 8.5 bone pressed and 6 inch girth. I have not really preformed Penis Enlargement for a very long time as I thought that I no longer needed it but to be honest I new in the back of my mind that it was really just lazyness.
So it is time to make my goals a reallity and I know from previous use on this forum that there is so much support that it can definatly become a reality.

So my basic routine is my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I started using it yesterday again and for 4 hours It felt good and there was no real discomfort so I have decided to up that to 6 hours a day for a week or 2.
Along with DLD's basic manual exercises done daily.
I ordered a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] this morning hoping that it turns up tomorrow so I can get started with that as well I am hoping that this is going to help with my girth goals anything over 6 inches girth will be great.

Do you think that I need anything else incorporated into this routine?

I Have been wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] over the last couple of days with great success there has been no pain or discomfort while wearing it. There is however a little around the glands once it is removes and this is only felt when doing manual stretching. I can really feel the stretch in the shaft it feels a little sore and fatigued but I am willing to say that this stretch is a good thing.
Will keep you updated and I am sure I have pics from when I first started Penis Enlargement I am going to dig them out so I can compare and state my progress.

I must say that I am very impressed you can feel the stretch unlike anything I have felt before. OK so after a 15 minute session with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I have noticed that I am reaching the 19 com mark and a little over maybe 19.2. I do not know why this has happened I am really unsure as to why I could gain a cm in a week in length but never the less that is what I hit today.
The only other problem is that I am starting to touch the sides of the tube have posted in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] forum addressing this issue may have to go up to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and I have only been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 4 days probably just retention that is causing this but if I can not pump I can not pump.

3 sessions yesterday got me a great pump and zero fluid retention. Seems it does not take long to get used to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] just over a week for me. Along with the pumping sessions with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I did some 100 jelques afterwards yesterday following 7 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] then I continued using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for another 8 minutes. Measured EG yesterday and came in at 5.5 an all new record and absolutely stoked. I have set a short term goal for EG of 6.0 in 2 months and a PBEL of 7.5 it may be a little far fetched but with the way things are going at the moment I think this can be accomplished with dedication and being persistent.

I also figure that I am a little over weight at 200 pounds and this is not helping my nbpel. I am not a small guy what so ever I train but always to have muscle never to lose fat.
So a new goal is to cutt fat and get down to 175 this should make my NBPenis EnlargementL look a little bigger. I have always wanted to have the all so cool ripped look but the dedication has always thrown me off. For some reason since doing Penis Enlargement I have found that I have been more focused on many aspects of my life I am not to sure why but it is a good feeling. Been thinking about how I am going to drop some weight at first I was thinking about a low carb diet. I have used this before with good success but this time I am just going to use a good diet consisting of complex carbs and protein and keep the fat low.
Also going to quit smoking have smoked for about 10 years and it is time to give up this habbit.

Camera was flat so had to charge it. Will get a pic very shortly. Besides last night everytime I was in the bedroom trying to get a fat for a picture the missus came in and asked what I was doing. SO thanks for the great routine. I would also like to add that I hit 195 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] last night. By my calculations that is 7.6 inches so I have a feeling that there are going to be more gains coming very soon. I do not think that anyone would believe that you can go from 170 to 195 in the matters of weeks even in a month until they give the hardcore routine a go.
