I thought I'd best update my log seeing as I've not done so in a few days.

Monday and Tuesday where not the most productive. Lately I've been really pushed for time but I've managed to get in a hanging set on Monday and Tuesday.

Hanging 13 kg for 20 minutes.

Wednesday

Again tonight I have limited time to train but it has been more productive than the last two days.

Warm up

Bundled stretches with 100 kegels each,
SU,SO, SD, BTC. These where performed clockwise and counterclockwise. 800 kegels in total.

Hanging session

20 minutes hanging 13 kg

Even though my workload hadn't been as high as previous week's I still feel as though I'm getting a half decent workout. Hanging 13 kg is going well and I feel I will be ready to move up in weight very soon so tomorrow I will be on the hunt for more weight plates.

There is a video for it here mate. It's not the best quality video in the world but you should get the idea. Please be careful as this is an extremely powerful stretch.

Looking at the video it appears that you turned the handle bars around on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] putting the curve going down. I can see where this would make it a little easier to do this stretch.

Yes I did. I've had them like that for a while now, it's definitely better.

I will have to give that a try. I am in search of a piece of padding material like you used in your newest video for wrapping as what I am using is not working any longer. I started looking at our mattress cover and the wife gave me that look, lol

&#128514;&#128514;&#128514;&#128514;&#128514; What I use came with the mattress when I bought it. It came with protective corner pieces. I don't think you using the mattress cover is a good idea haha

I have a friend in the furniture/mattress business, I need to check with him to see if he has any of those. I will likely leave out what I need it for, lol. Thanks B

I did find something that has some potential so I will have to try it out and see if it works. It is actually a piece of foam insulation that is for A/C lines. It is the soft kind so it may work

I tried doing some kegels last night during my bundled stretches and it felt like I was doing nothing at all. I figure I must have been doing them wrong

try holding the kegel until you fatigue...you'll isolate that feeling/muscle-group and will be able to focus much better (do the same with RK's, just make sure you don't shart in your pants :))

Smart advice. After a session of quick fired Kegels a long hold will further exhaust the PFM (pelvic Floor Muscles) If you look at the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] there is a very good Kegel workout that also uses this same theory.

Today was my official measurement day and I have mixed emotions. On a positive note my bpfsl is up, but my bpel is exactly the same . I'm extremely happy that I have made a gain but also at the same time a little gutted that my erect length hasn't changed.
My measurements today , Tuesday 14th November are...
Bpfsl- 8" with a good stretch. One line over 8" if I pull really hard.
Bpel - 6.5"

So , after my measurements I've decided I will continue with my routine upping my hanging weight every 2-3 weeks . I also really need to address my erect work. I do, and have been doing erect stretches for some time now but have not gained in the slightest so something needs to change. Maybe once my bpfsl increases by another half inch my erect length will follow? Who knows. One thing is for sure, and that is I refuse to let this beat me and I will gain!
Short term goal is increasing my erect length by 1/4".

Erect stretching is going to be the fastest way to close that gap. Never feel disappointed in a gain, every single increment is a gift that should be treasured. You are gaining great, you simply need to address the same gap we all encounter; The conversion of BPFS and BPEL. For. me it was a combination of the Erect Stretches, Alpha Kegel Blasters and fat reduction. This is a relative thing that will happen throughout your career but always keep in mind that it is a positive process, not negative. In PE we get indicators or cues on what to do next when we reach a certain point, you simply need to switch into another gear! You are doing great so keep it yup! And a big congratulations on the gain!

Thank you very much DLD, your words of encouragement are much appreciated. I'm over the moon that I've gained and I'll continue to work hard, I just want to close that gap! I do erect work 3 - 4 times a week for ten minutes and I pull as hard as I can but it's just not budging. When I pull I can see that huge potential I have but it's almost like my skin is holding me back. I will continue regardless and keep things positive.
P.s , what are the alpha kegel blasters?
 
I can't recall if you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] or not, but I have had success with entering the cylinder with as high EQ as possible for the entire 12X3X3 that I do

Keep your head up B, a gain is a gain no matter how small. With the routine you have, you will get there my friend

No , I no longer have one. unfortunately It was lost when I moved house.

I'm very happy with my bpfsl gain as it's 1/4" more than my previous measurement. I was hoping my erect length would mirror that gain but it doesn't. Oh well , I'll continue to plod on.

Today I purchased a heat pad and on doing so I have had 3 excellent hanging sessions. I used the pad to warm up for ten minutes before I begun my 20 minute session but as I hung I continued to mold the pad around myself to keep everything nice and warm. This gave me a feeling that I have never experienced before. I will continue to do this with every session from now on, I only wish I'd of bought one of these things sooner!

15kg X 3 hanging session for 20 minutes. Today was a good training day.

60 minutes hanging is awesome BB. You said that your use of the heating pad during hanging was different, can you describe what was different? I have not tried this method but it makes sense that it would work as it keeps blood flowing and warm

It made every part of the experience more intense. Each part of myself in contact with the heating pad was not only nice and warm but it felt as though everything was capable of stretching more. It even felt a little tender to the touch but not painful. It really a strange but good feeling .

That sounds interesting B. I will have to give that a try after I get a new heating pad, mine crapped out last night while trying to warm up for my length routine

Today's session was split between morning and afternoon trying to take advantage of the short amount of time I had to spare. Yesterday's hanging sessions with the heat pad had a massive impact on my hanging capabilities today. Yesterday I managed 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X 20[/words] minute sets at 15 kg which was also spread over the course of the day , but this morning when I attempted the 15kg I could barely last 5 minutes so I lowered the weight to 12.5 kg to finish my set.

Morning session , 10 minutes warm-up with heat pad followed by 20 minutes hanging 12.5 kg with heat pad.

Afternoon session, once again , 10 minutes warm-up with heat pad followed by 20 minutes hanging 12.5 kg with heat pad.

Notes - hanging with the heat pad has had an effect on me that I didn't anticipate. I must also take into consideration the weight I used yesterday is higher than I have used previously and at a higher volume but I still feel the prolonged heat during my set has added to the effectiveness of hanging. Upon finishing my set, my cock is as stretchy as stretch Armstrong! I will continue to hang with this method and see what new gains it brings.

Game Changer! Heating pads helped me gain and heal so fast it was crazy. How are you digging it?

It's amazing! I feel like a idiot for not getting one sooner. I can't believe I've been doing pe for so long without experiencing what a proper warm-up is!
