Just a quick update guys as it's been a few days since I last posted.
My training has been taken up a notch. I am now performing manual stretches for longer and much harder, where as before I was taking it easy ( 30 second stretch , moderate force ) . I'm now stretching as hard as I can between 1-2 minutes depending on the Stretch. BTC and downward stretching is where most of my work is focused.
After manual stretching, I then use the bathmate. Bathmate times are around 10 minutes per set, ranging between 2-3 sets. To finish of , I pop a vitamin V and get some sleep. Just to clarify, all of my training is done at night so I can take full advantage of healing in an extended state.
