The weekend has rolled around once again so no training for me. On the plus side , tonight is date night! I'm off out around town with my sexy ass missez for a night of drinks and banter. Well my night didn't quite go as planned . It's been two months since me and my lady last went drinking and let's just say the jack Daniels was flowing freely! Needless to say I over indulged , got a little too merry and passed out when I got home 😂😂 no nookie for me haha .

Monday night turned out to be a no go. I worked very late and had to do some personal stuff at night so I missed a training session .

Tonight was a little better but still not great. I literally only had 20 minutes spare to train so I did a hanging session.

20 minutes hanging 13kg ( 28 lbs )

Back to it tomorrow 💪

a couple of pictures of me hanging approximately 13 kg . i say approximately because the black things above the four 2.5kg plates are ankle strap weights which weigh between 1.5 kg - 2 kg. i will have to weigh them on kitchen scales to give an exact weight.
i also tried to upload the pictures so the show up rather than an attachment after following the instructions on "how to upload pictures so they show up" thread , but obviously i have done something wrong.

Its not taken that long to be honest. I'd have to look back to the beginning of this log to give an accurate answer. Hitting fatigue has been a struggle since I started and this is why I started using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] before my hanging set to pre exhaust everything so I could ride the fatigue while I hang.

Haha . It's all good chap. You will move up in weight every 3 - 4 weeks . If your hitting fatigue with the weight you're using then everything is fine. You will need to up it though to keep that level of fatigue. Have a read of stills threads, he has a wealth of knowledge and if he reads my log I'd love him to add any additional information and advice.

I have not read Still's or any other hanging tutorial...I mean how difficult is it to stand there with shit draggin' on your junk? lol, I'm sure there's some science and technique to this, and as Mike likes to say 'knowledge is king'. I'll peruse a chapter or two...I'm sure it's 'must read PE'

My last few days have been rather hectic! I missed training Monday , hung Tuesday and yesterday , and hoping to get a really good session in tonight.
I had a sneaky bpfsl measure earlier and let's just say it's looking positive. I will post an official measurement in two weeks.

Thank you buddy. The routine is good and it's tough so I was fairly positive I would gain something. That little doubt was way at the back if my mind causing me to be a little apprehensive about measuring.

I can understand the apprehension. I am the same way and I have done some of those "sneaky bpfsl measurements" as well so I am hoping that they hold true when it comes time for measurement day. I am thinking positive that it will be better than expected.

Positive thinking is always the way to go , it just gets a little hard when you want something so bad. I've been a little hard on myself because I made good gains in the past but then lost them by not training and getting them back has been a serious mission! I've been stuck for such a long time now that my need to see progress is very important to keep me in the right mindset. I'm definitely not the type of guy to quit and I refuse to let things beat me but we all need something no matter how small it is to let us know we are on the right path. This game like most pursuits is extremely mental.

When you want something so bad it can bring things that are threatening to attaining the very thing you desire. It is best to ask once for what you desire and from there do the work to get there always keeping in mind that with each small step you are getting there. Time lines and dates are simply rules that will cause us to fail. It is better to train under the joy of it than out of obligation or 'getting it in on time' Ask once, relax and settle in for a beautiful journey!

Bundled stretches with 100 kegels each,
SU,SO, SD, BTC. These where performed clockwise and counterclockwise. 800 kegels in total.
