Ok, so here it is, take what you will.

*Jurassic Crusher*

What you'll need- a clamp, a hard surface, and a Mason Jar (taped optional)

Basically, you want to start off by getting as hard as possible, and then clamping off like you would regularly.

After this you want to find a hard surface like a desk or something that is the right height.

Now what your going to use as a compression device is a Mason jar, either 32 oz or 16 oz depending on how long you are, i'm 7 BPEL and i use the 32 0z m/j, it's about 3 1/2 inches wide (you'll be using the side, not length wise, kind of making like a ''t'' shape with the jar and your dick, except the jar compresses in the middle of the shaft, not the top by the head!)
And if you feel uncomfortable with it, you can use duck tape, and tape all around the jar, but make sure its smooth.

Ok, so now that your all ready to go, this is how the actual exercise is preformed.

there are certain reason it is done this way which i will explain!

Start off by placing your dick on the hard surface, now take the jar and place it in the middle of the shaft width wise and start compression.
(You want to push hard, and it's going to feel intense, some of you wont be able to take it, you need to be conditioned for this!)
you want to hold each compression for 40-50 seconds, minimum 40 seconds! (important, because the longer you hold the better the expansion)
now once you've finished this rep, you take a small break 10- 20 seconds, then do another.
You do this a total of 4 times in a row!
It is important that you do it this way for this reason, what you'll noticed in your further sets, is that your dick starts to take on wider shape (creating width), this happens during the last two reps of the sets. what i mean by this is-
during your first and second rep (a rep is a 40 second squash) of a set,your clamped erection is very rigid (hard), but by the last 2 reps your shaft is more pliable, and when you squash it it gets wider, you'll notice this by the 3rd or 4th set because it will actually be wide even when your not squashing it.

So it's very important that you don't re-stimulate before the end of the set (4 reps)
Because if you stay rigid you wont get the chance to gain the width!!!
But should also know this, it's very important that you are rigid at for the first 2 reps of each set because, when you squash down and the shaft is really hard, what your actually doing is creating girth!!!
YOU SEE, this is why this exercise is insane, because it works girth better than any other girth exercise i've ever done, and it works width better than any other width exercise i've ever done!
SETS- I do from 3 to 5 sets (usually, about 25-30 min)

I'm not kidding you, i get 3/4'' in girth expansion from 5'' to 5 3/4'' and my width goes from 1.5 to 2.1!
And the craziest part is that, my dick is still fatter like 5 days later, no P.E.

This is all after a 25-30 min session, short and insanely powerful.

So to sum it all up-

-4 reps, each 40-50 seconds
- 3 sets
- The first 2 rep bring in massive girth (like the hardest squeeze you've ever felt)
- The second 2 reps bring in the massive width!!!!
- Push hard, HARD!!!

Warning-
-It will hurt at first, but you will get used to it
-DO NOT TRY THIS AS A NOOB
- You wont get an erection for a day or two after these, but then you will wake with a harder and fatter erection, even days later.
-After you get accustomed, you will be able to do them more regularly
-Im not telling anyone what to do with their body, it up to you, im just sharing what i have found to be a beneficial exercise!

HAVE FUN WATCHING YOUR DICK GET FATTER AND WIDER BEFORE YOUR EYES

Now that you understand the JC's, i will explain the other exercise.
basically what i do is super-set, between a set of JC's and ATS ROLLERS.

so after your first jc set, you'll re-stimulate, clamp off again and do 2-3min of ats rollz straight and thats an ats set.
you'll do
3 sets of each, starting with the jc's, a total of 6 sets and your done.
this is the single greatest routine ive ever come up with.

But most of the width goes to the middle of the cock right? Can you post a picture after you did them so I know how I'm supposed to look like?
 
No man, the width pretty much makes its way across the entire shaft, and if your worried about it, every so often do a jc up the shaft a bit.
 
It definitely looks like to me that this would be even cooler than frendos good job! I don't know when I will test it because I'm still quite new
 
You should do a video. Also start some before pictures, measured and keep at this for a minimum of 90 days. Measuring along the way. 90 days is plenty of time to see results.
 
i am having results, i started six weeks ago, at 5" in girth, since my first week i havent gone below 5 1/4" and ive taken a week and a half break.
also, now after a few rest days, im between 5 1/4 and 5 1/2 like 5 3/8 or a little over i would say, plus i dont get any swelling while working out any more, and ive been making it to 6" lately, where as when i first started i could only get to 5 3/4 no matter what.
 
the problem im having is that with the new girth my wrap and clamp arent working properly anymore, i cant get the damn clamp shut tight enough anymore.
its messing up my sessions, and pissin me off!
 
Maybe you use too much wrap? Did you watch the video still made today? How many teeth are you leaving out to achieve optimum pressure btw?
 
BTW how many teeth are you leaving on the clamps to achieve optimal pressure? I just like to ask everybody that so I can get insight on what works for others.
 
honestly its never a matter of teeth, because depending on how much girth you have, how erect, hĂ´w much skin ect...
i clamp so that if i where to squeeze, practicly nothing wĂ´uld come out.
 
If you squeeze the glans or the shaft? Because I can clamp of tightly as so the shaft stays rigid, but if squeezing the glans I always get some outflow is this normal?
 
It's the same thing just different tool. You push it more if you use a small dough roller, vacuum cleaner tube or even the wooden handle from a toilet plunger lol. Gotta read that thread man. Gives you new ideas on old techniques like this one.

What I do is lift the seat, and put my balls under it then press the cover on my cock. By the end of the session my balls are all sagging, and swole, but the water cools them down so they cement better.

Ya thats why i said its a play on a few different exercises in the other post before i typed this one up, the frendos and the ats rollers, its just wayyy more intense and better over all.
but like i said i use the Jurassic crushers in combination with regular ats rollers.
And anyways, most exercises are just plays on other exercises, infact REDZ frendos where a play on the ATS rollers, he even says it in his posts.

Yeah. I like that people come up with new ways of doing exercises. It keeps things interesting. I just don't want a glass jar to break on you lol.
 
Ya I was a little apprehensive at first but, I used it and those jars are surprisingly strong, and then I taped it up all around so even if there was a break nothing would happen lol Just to be safe haha

With this exercise there are many ways it can be done and it goes under different names too. This happens a lot in PE but in this case any flat surface to surface will suffice.

I can totally see DLD in rubber gloves, smock, mask, scrubbers, Bathroom Duck cleaning his toilet for no less than 45 minutes before sitting down for a girth session. ;)

Think im going to get back to these now, there's just nothing that brings girth and width in like these, just did my first sesh in since the injury and went from 5" to 6" with no fluid build up, and 1.6-7 to 2 1/4" wide.
love these things, but deff going to have to be very careful, lets see if i can make it past eight weeks lol

Thanks a tone D, the testing to see if i was healed by jelqing worked like a charm, never re-injured like i did when i was checking by doing squeezes.
no blood came out the last four jelq session so i figured all was good, although my eq took a hit, but i think its more mental fear.
Also, i think im going to go back to doing both girth and length everyday, i've never made gains like i did doing both L/G consistently everyday.
the secret to size is actually in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] phase one lmao!

Well the same thing goes man you need to tug at it from both sides. Use north/south fulcrum stretches after the session maybe that micro tears the width to cement better.

Then stick with that, I saw that you got a look at the Toilet Compression Squeezes, these were fabulous for me when I was trying to convert depth to width.
 
I'm afraid to start these again because they are friggin intense, but honestly, I've never gotten more expansion in both overall girth and width than with these.
The problem their so intense it's easy to injury your quickly, plus I get out of hand, it's amazingseeing your girth an inch bigger in a matter of a few sets.
The problem.is I want to be that size badly, so I I've do it, and endup in the penalty box!

Take you time, do not go beyond your limits, as a matter of fact go under your limits until you feel secure in the exercise. Spend time practicing, learning and mastering before you go all out.
 
I found out that if I do 1 girth expansion session Monday where I go super intense, then I can keep the girth expansion all week by just doing one set at night, 4 presses each as long as I can hold and I'm done, so simple.

this has brought me more expansion and quicker than anything else i've ever done. but the problem is that i always injure my self then have to take extended breaks to heal, it's a tricky one that's for sure, which is why im going to tone it down.

Hey STILL, i thought you didnt make the clamp any more, also how tight can you get it with turning?
because i like my clamp off to be very tight, barely any blood flow.
Hey DLD, ya i think im just going to dial it back to supersets swiching between JC and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Also, rather than do a bunch of short jc squahes, i just do 4 sets and each set will just be one very long squash (like 3-5 minutes)
so a routie would be something like-

-JC (1 long 3-5 minute squash)
-SSJ 5 min
-JC
-SSJ
-JC
-SSJ
-JC
it will definitely increase both width and overall girth easily, the hardest part with these is not getting carried away, once you see that width and girth temp come in, you just want to go balls to the wall.
