When I first started doing this exercise I had trouble doing it for too long. I would do 10 minute sets, and my grip in my hand would start to fatigue and make the exercise hard to do.

It was an easy fix though. I just started using the head piece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] device for added grip.

All you do is just attach the head piece using whatever your normal wrapping method is and do the EXACT same thing in this video, but instead of gripping the shaft of your penis, you just hold onto the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] head piece and it helps so much with grip fatigue.

Just thought I would throw that out there for everybody in case anyone else was having issues like I was. If there is any confusion as to what I am saying, I can post step-by-step pictures of what I'm talking about.

Ok so here is my "modification"

1- Just attach the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] head piece to you penis right under your glands. I attach it very tightly as you don't want it to slip while its supporting the weight of the Kettle Bell.

2- Put your penis through the handle of the kettle bell and put something to pad it if you wish.

3- Grip onto the head piece in the same position as a "V-jelq" and hold for your desired amount of time. You might want to play with the grip a bit to figure out what works best for you, but the way I demonstrated works best for me.

You may experience some pressure and discomfort in the head/glands as you slowly put all the weight of the KB onto the base of the penis, but Ive found that this subsides (for me) in about 30 seconds. So just deal with it for that 30 seconds and it should get better.

Ive found that this helps immensely with grip fatigue problems. When I used to just hold my penis without this mod, I could only hold it for about 1 minute at a time before having to change hands. With this mod, Im able to easily hold it with one hand for my full 10 minute set.

It feels great! You can really feel it stretching out your whole dick with quite a bit of force but it is still comfortable. Also since the KB is positioned at the base of the penis, you can also really feel it stretch out the ligs! Its a great exercise and I HIGHLY recommend!!

Yes I have tried that. I don't like it. When the weight is in the middle of the shaft I feel like it is pulling on the skin mostly. Yes it still stretches, but I feel like when the weight is positioned at the base of the penis it yields better results.

It is a 30lb (13.6kg) Kettle Bell. Same weight as the one Superdick uses in his video.

I do 10 minute sets, anywhere from 2-4 sets daily.
