I wouldn't suggest starting at that weight to anybody though. Too risky like said. While it is a lot of weight, it is nothing like hanging. There is NO WAY IN HELL id be able to hang 30lbs, its a different type of exercise, but i feel like people equate it to hanging because they see a weight.

Cord is said to be 7', so you may have to make some adjustments depending on how tall you are.

You can also try the backpack method. Which is basically just placing the weights inside a backpack and using the loop or a loop from it to place your penis through. The loop @ the top works the best and you can use some type of padding to help ease any pain/discomfort. The loop @ the top is nylon, so that will end up causing some pain.
