Okay, so I have been literally hammering my penis, stretchin the hell out of it, soreness and all. Not to the point of injury, 1 to 2 hours hangin daily, [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words], wrappin for length extension, etc.

So today I do a dumbass thing and pull out a ruler and BAM, exactly what I was a afraid of, NO GAIN!! I know I know, it's only been two weeks but still. Some background about me, I am one of those people who have never stayed straight with it for more than a month cuz I work my ass off literally and then no gain and get discouraged and stop. I may have gained a half inch in= the beginning but I attribute it to erection quality and measuring technique, as when I first started I didn't bone press....so long story short I am a skeptic and have a fear that I'm not able to gain at all. I need motivation and I'm startin to wonder bout myself, all this soreness and quality pull with no substantial/clear gains.............. ?:(

Maybe it's cuz I am kind of girthy? Even though I see thicker guys making gains as I am primarily trying to lengthen myself. My girth is near the 6" mark, I dunno, what the hell could I be doing wrong, must be the lack of longevity?!
 
Can you be more precise about your routine? Let us know the weight you're hanging, the hanger you're using, the angles and all that jazz. Additionally, you might also wish to determine, vis-a-vis palpatation, how much 'inner penis' you've left to exploit. Perhaps it is that you are hitting the wrong angles. Also, you may be over-taxing yourself.
 
I have a low lot and mostly do ots, and some over my leg....at least an hour a day. I initially hung back when straight down then learned of the lot theory and went with ots mostly to now basically 99% is at higher angles. My deal is if I don't gain anything in 3 weeks what makes me think I'll gain in 6? Your penis should get a little bigger everyday, right? Even a 100th of an inch, but if it just goes back to where it was always then why would I expect it to ever grow? I'm hurtin over this guys. Really want this to work.

Hey there Always, slow down and think about this a little before you throw in the towel. You are saying that you are doing all this stuff but are you doing it with the right method or just hap-hazardly. JQ above gives some good thought...let's see what you are doing.

I don't agree that you should be doing ots hanging. You would be better to hang straight out. You will see some better gains. What weight, what hanger etc. Help us to help you.

Also, it takes a month or so to break down the tissue in the penis to make it start to give. You are judging yourself and this program too quick. Two weeks....I been at this 10 years! GS
 
Okay, you guys are right. *BUT* I am used to working hard and getting results fast, and the pe thing is not working out that way. I am also a scientific guy, and think, ok, work hard, get an inch in 8 months, so I should get an 1/8 inch each month right? Again, I am not sure if I have ever gained, but I have gained some consciousness about my increased erections (from vitamin e and l-arg pills?) and leanred to bone press measure.

Can someone help me post pics I have not been able to buit I think I need to, kinda shy but I just love this site and the attitude amongst pe'ers hence my attitude. I said straight out! Not straight down. With your lenght already at 7 and girth near 6 you have a lot of work to break down the tissue. Once you get that penis in shape so you can do these things, then you you do twists, lots of hard jelqs; etc.

You didn't say what weight you are hanging. You also didn't say what hanger. Maybe you are just stretching skin and not the inner penis. I don't know, until you tell what you are doing if you are doing it right.

with that weight you should have pulled out 4 inches of root! smile.

Try straight out hanging with a 10 pound weight and three 20 minute sessions at a time for a week and see what happens. You might have so much weight that the penis is scared and afraid to relax lest it become spagetti! GS
 
If you have time you can do two or three of these "sessions" of three 20 minute sessions. after each 20 minutes, take the hanger off, shake out the penis and give it some blood and put the hanger back on and do it again. After three 20 minute sessioins, wait a half hour or hour before doing it again if you decide to do more. GS
 
I think I am in business GS! Thanks so much for your help. I am as determined as I have ever been....got some cool supplies at Home Depot, even got carried away and built a penis jack! Will let you guys know how it goes and if I get results from it, basically a perfect heavy duty straight out stretcher that is bib attachable and yeah I'm an engineer and have used it once (last night, had to try the finished product) and the pull is great for straight out to supplement the hanging. Had to break through that first doubt barrier, and I just wanna say that I'm still standin. Thanks guys, and I want to personally thank GS again for his kind efforts and assistance.
 
Very good, always. I also use a pulley for my SO hanging, which is, as I have mentioned elsewhere, the bread-and-butter of my regimen. Additionally, something that is highly neglected but, in my opinion, very necessary: do some light, dry jelqing between EVERY set. That is, once you take your hanger off, immediately start doing 3-5 minutes or so of dry jelqing. Borrow your wrap, if you must, to do this.
 
K guys, still been at the hangin and manual deal to try and barrel down some new length. Wrote this in the hangoff thread too, but thought maybe someone had insight here on general forum Penis Enlargement forum. Something happened to me tonight though....didn't have time to hang earlier, did some manual stretches at work, nuthin too big, 2 good 10 minute sessions yankin as hard as I could in combo with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for about 2 or 3 hours only, get home tonight and go to hang and can't hang near what I had been??? I mean, like I could hang 30 to 35 lbs OTS leading up to tonight, and tonight I start with my 25 lb set and I can't take it, seriously, like no way in hell. If I hadn't known better it seemed like 15 lbs felt heavier than the 30 lbs does on my other days, and I could only last on the 15 lbs for like 11 minutes, not even a full set!!!~! :O

I'm wondering what happened? I don't have an injury, erections are solid as a rock, coloration, everything seems good. Any input? Thanks in advance.
