This will be the the start of my first P.E. log. Before I start with states and all the other goodies [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members want to know. I would like to post a question on my routine. 2 sets of 25 mins of hanging with 12.5 lbs in the am, and 2 sets of 20 mins of pumping for length in the pm. Should I for go pumping and just add more sets of hanging in the am?
