I would like to post a question on my routine. 2 sets of 25 mins of hanging with 12.5 lbs in the am, and 2 sets of 20 mins of pumping for length in the pm. Should I for go pumping and just add more sets of hanging in the am?

welcome to the forums! I would get your stretching and hanging done before you do girth as it becomes difficult to get a good stretch if girth is expanded. What are your starting measurements and where do you want to be?
 
Thanks DLD for the response. I know that my NBPFL is sitting at 5 1/4 inch. I don't know what my starting NBFL is. I started my bone pressed stretched flaccid length at 7 1/5 it now sitting at 8 1/4. My BPenis EnlargementL when I started was is about
6 1/2 but to be honest every time I tried to measured my dick would start to go soft it was and still is hard to get an accurate measurement at erect state. I've been Penis Enlargement in some form for almost a year since I found your website. I don't have any girth measurements. I want to get about 8-8.5 in length and 6-6.5 in my girth. So I should stop all pumping even if it's for length. The time between my length workout and my girth workout is a good 10 hours apart.

Pumping work out
2 sets 20 minutes in the vacutech pump. At 5 hg

Tue
No workout over sleep then worked 16 hrs straight.

Wed
Length workout
3 sets at 20 minutes with 12.5 lbs SD.

No pumping

Thursday is usually my off day only cause I work swing shift then get up and go work my normal shift. I did get 1 set for twenty minutes 12.5 lbs. When I get home from wrk depending on how tired I am I'm gonna try and get another set in before bed and forgo the pumping fir length. Fri sat and sun I do plan on putting in some serious Penis Enlargement time.

I believe this also. I think those who had more frequent, intense masturbation habits can take more intensity and usually start with a larger than average penis. This type of masturbation is a sort of unknowing-Penis Enlargement.

Will take measurements at the end of Oct. With my routine I don't see how I could not grow. Fingers crossed. I can definatley see that my dick has a longer flaccid hang and looks and feels thicker. Love the weekends that's when I really up the intensity to my routine.
 
Last night my wife asked " Ssssoooo how big do you wanna get?" I just smiled and pulled my can of shaving cream out of the cabinet and set it down an smiled. She looked at me with wide eyes and said "That so not gonna fit in my butt." The can of shaving cream is 8x6.5.
 
Ok so it's been a little over two weeks since I posted. Well I did my usual Penis Enlargement routine for 10/6 and 10/7. Sunday night I was warming up before my workout when I threw my back out. I was out for a whole week. I was able to pump. (never stop Penis Enlargementing) I pumped for 1hr at 5hg or less. Since I pump for length with a tube at is a little large them my girth it really stretchs my dick. Very little fluid billed up and no discoloration. Took new measurements over the weekend nbpel 7 inches bpel 8 inches mid shaft eg is at 5.5 inches. I know with the routine im doing now and staying consistent I'll be at my goal in know time.

Good insight into your training, I am glad you ware being proactive in the progressiveness which has allowed you to remain right on course!
 
Thanks DLD. I like to think of my P.E. in the same mind frame as workingout. Well all know that life sometimes gets in the way of our goals. The trick is to stay motivated when we do get the time. I stay motivated by think out P.E. everyday. The fire may dim inside us all but it's always lit and when it's time let that fire rage. You'll be better off in the long run.
 
So it's been along ass time since my last post. I can assure you I am still at it. I even chime in when I think I have something relevant to say. I took a new measurement at the beginning of February. I made a 1/4 inch gain. So my new nbpel is 7.25. That's a .25 inch gain in 3 months. I'm positive I can continue on this path and continue to make good solid gains. Nice D-Town! Making those gains wit non-pressed are pretty awesome. I hope I have a 3 month report as good as that.
