Sorry if this has been talked about already but couldnt find a answer searching the forum, but i have never got any lenght gains from jelquing i jelq 90%-100% erect and when i try at like 80% i dont feel the chambers streching should i try just jelquing at 80% anyways to see if some lenght comes iv been thing of doing 100% erect jelqs in the morning and 80% at night, any suggestions
 
As far as I understand it if you want to jelq for length then only 30 - 60% erection and stretch at the end of the stroke. What I do sometimes is at the end I will hold and keep stretching and proceed to jelq with the other hand creating kind of a compression movement with the little blood that is in the shaft, release the top grip and repeat.

Yea, thats what I thought too. Jelqing at lower erection levels produces length gains, while jelqing at higher erection levels will produce girth gains. But everybody is different.

it seems like jelquing at 30-60% will strecth your girth for the lenght gains will this cause me to loose girth,have anyone gained lenght and didnt loose girth from doing it that way
 
I'm going to start a wet jelqing routine a week from now and will be doing them 80-100% erect. 200 a day the first week and then 300 the next and up until I can't do more than what I've set out to do. I'll report back here when I find out what it gave me.
 
dee you won't lose girth, and to make sure I don't (not that you can if your jelqing even at low erections) that is why I do the compression movement usually toward the end of about 30 reps when my erection level is down. Then I re-stimulate and proceed.
 
I really see no point in jelqing at such a low erection frequency to make length gains. Jelqing, inadvertently, will contribute to length but if someone wants to use their time more wisely nothing beats a stretching session.

yeah strecting is were ive gotten my gains from but i was wondering why i never got any lenght from jelquing untill i started stretching
 
Jelging varies from person to person. I can't jelg at 100 percent errect b/c my dick is too hard and i can't really move the blood efficiently, when i start out about 50 percent and work my way to 80 thats when the head is really engourged and by bringing the second hand and squeezing the base while the first hand goes up the shaft towards the head it gives a good pump. Stretching is where its at for length, jelging helps no lie in that.
 
i find jelqs very useful for length. i did 80% erection or around that to get my gains. it seems anything above that is leaning towards girth and will help out more on that end
 
I woulds say lower your erct level of jelqin if you want lenght.I've been jelqin for about 2 years and a few months at 40-60% for 30-40min a day thats where all my lenght has came from about 1''5/8 got no girth tho.

I jelq at 80-100% normally and then finish with a final set of 100 jelqs at about 10-20% erect. Basically with my post-workout pump. I also stretch at the end of each one of these jelqs. Wonder if I am gaining from it? I guess we'll see won't we?
