In many ways I think this is the smartest way to train as it give complete and absolute attention to length. When we only have to think on one thing in PE it makes dedicating ourselves to it very easy. Length work requires a different kind of focus than girth and for some men the only way they can train is by going one at a time. I expect you to do very well.

I believe you have observed my training pertain over the years and noticed that if I focus on one exercise, I go harder on it than focusing on two different exercises. Doing length and girth work on same day feels as if I'm switching personalities morning and night
