i'm new here and to pe . . . I decided to started doing a jelqing/ hanging routine and i'm having my gf perform this task. Currently my main hobby is bodybuilding and overall health . . . Im 2 weeks in now i started out at 8x5.5 and now 8x5.75 in 2 weeks aswell and a massive increase in vascularity. Besides eating healthy and lots of food i'm supplementing with No2, fish oil, ammio acids, protien, and also anabolics test and deca. I will record my progress over the next few months just for fun.

yes, that would be correct.. I explained the concept and showed her.... More or less her hands are more boney than mine she is able to grip and apply pressure way better than what I could do.

update : It's been a little over 3 weeks and i'm up to a 6" girth from a 5.5 so I'm making progress not length wise really
 
What are you doing for length work. I see you said hanging but what is exactly your routine?
 
hey guys, basically my gf is doing my jelqing for me about 5 to 6 days a week 15-20 min sessions. I have a basic innovated homemade hanger that is use 1hr for 5 days per week... I hear hanging gains come slower but i'm starting to feel a better stretch as i ease on the weight. just like bodybuilding I think a lot has to do with a good diet and i highly recommend taking no2 or aakg it helps open up those blood vessels and basically expands everything for a bigger pump.

What did you use to build your hanger?

Your hanging for 1 hour straight? or total? 1 hour straight is very dangerous...

no2 or aakg? can you give links to what you use and be more specific to why? Im gonna get started into a weightlifting schedule soon.

Am also interested in these questions haha, i dont do body building but i do have a strenuous 5 day workout schedule that involves mostly weights and some HIIT and full body endurance style workout. I use protein before or after a workout http://www.myopure.com.au/mf-whey-protein-isolate.html very clean taste not like some crap you buy from the drug store. Was thinking about trying some Creatine Monohydrate on and off and see if i get any muscle mass from it.

Maybe i should get my gf to do my jelqs, its kinda hard because when she tried to stretch it for me i could barely feel it and she is like "i dont want to hurt you :|" Probably be better if i just do it coz there is a line between too light and too hard that you need to feel and adjust instantaneously haha

i hang with light weight nothing crazy just to feel a good stretch, its never gets cold or purple.AAKG or No2 opens up your blood vessels and maximizes blood flood (this one should be obvious). Also partitions nutrients to the body the need them more away from fat sources for example.
