I am sure there are some but I fear most have thrown in the towel but that does not mean they are gone forever. Many times man come back even after they have given up only to find they can make gains. Being super involved with the Brotherhood is the best way to remain consistent.

I see that this is exclusively for length. In this case rest is really not so important as girth would be. I have always said that the one limit to stretching time is how sore you get. I put in probably twice the amount of work and faired quite well.

I recall reading your initial journey with PE and the daily regiment you kept. You were training throughout the day, 2-4 times a day, for weeks on end. As if your Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD) took over and repeatedly you would perform the PE routines without fail - Obsess for Success

You can’t buy this in a store! This comes with experience. But consistent gains don’t materialize unless you hit a wall, observe and trouble shoot then experiment again until you gain.
If you can surpass that wall you’ll find the gains on the other side.
