I know clamping is primarily a girth exercise and some people gain length simulatenously but I'm curious to know if theres a way to focus on length only.

I agree. The added pressure of the clamps will also push the tunica to grow so this, with the stretching, may be the best bet.

DLD have you got length gains from clamping?
 
Hey medicating, I do them whenever I can. I get erect easily sometimes so I just grab it overhand and stretch left and right. You get this great pulling sensation, like your pulling everything out from the inside. I do these until it subsides and then do normal stretches and repeat if necessary. Done them clamped as well but it gets in the way and digs in, so I would do Tug of War stretches while clamped to get a great stretch and girth work at the same time. Clamping can be used as a warm up or beginning exercise. I feel great stretches by having the inside and outside of my penis fully warmed and stretched with clamping prior to doing anything else. Just my .02.
 
Why not skip using a clamp for length and just use length exercises and equipment for length?
 
There may be ways to help length with clamping. I do clamping with wide releasable zip ties, and this week I have been doing clamping after a stretch session while wearing many layers of divosuit material (a set of stitched spandex sleeves).

If you have enough layers of tight fitting sleeves over an erection, it distributes the clamping force into length. It isn't sustainable since you must maintain erection but it is an interesting exercise.

Once I have an erection I will put a series of releasable tie clamps starting from the base outwards, with moderate tension. So it is like a static jelq for the duration of the erection. And if I measure, it is almost the max length I can stretch while using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words].

Like I say I find it interesting. Only been doing it for a few days. The interesting part is that it comes very close to a blaster type of exercise. It only needs a forced curve, which I believe can be achieved by linking the zip ties to one another along a path. I'll probably try that later.

:) I figure some people just become used to a device or exercise and fear moving on. There are much faster ways to lengthen than clamping. It is kind of like hanging for girth.

Clamping will stretch the Tunica which will definitely benefit growth. If you stretch, while clamped, as in erect stretches, they will be length focused and will cause length too.
