A month isn't likely to get you an inch of length and it certainly won't get you an inch of girth. An inch in length usually takes 4 to 8 months and an inch in girth can take more than a year...if you're lucky.

Pills are worthless. Hanging is good. Some [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] are good. If you work hard, I would estimate: (and you should be really happy with):

It's called newbie gains. Your dick is going thru something it has never gone through before, so to adapt it must grow. Even though the dick is not a muscle, it's almost like working out a muscle. Newbies will gain muscle fairly quickly, and then the gains will subside as you continue, since your muscles adapt
 
i wouldn't count on you gaining an inch in one month...even with newbie gains...that is a big stretch...dld gained 2 inches in a couple of months because he was stretching for hours everyday...which might not be safe for everyone...do the routine...if you want to throw in extra cuz you feel you can take it go ahead...but don't be surprised when in a month you only gain 1/4 of an inch if that...good luck to you
 
Ok thanks for the advice guys. I think I will try a lot of the stretching exercises although I will obviously stick to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and do jelqs as well. I will keep you guys posted as I will probably need some on advice on the exercises and other things.
 
Another question I have is about the fat pad?? What exactly is it?

Im guessing its the fat between your pubic bone and the base of your penis?

If this is the case, im guessing reducing the fat pad will make the penis look bigger and not just measure bigger?

How do you reduce your fat pad? Exercise etc...?
 
no way to spot reduce any part of your body, you just need to lose general weight in every area, lose 20 pounds and you will notice it everywhere
 
Well, as long as you stick to a routine consistanly then any gains are possible. Just don't do anything that can disable you....like forever.

As far as your question goes...who knows? There's a world of difference between what's POSSIBLE and what else is PROBABLE. How much you gain and how fast is subject to so many variables it's impossible for any of us to predict. Only you can answer that question, and it'll probably take you about a month, at least, to even begin to assess your best growth potential. Look at it this way; you've been a forum member about a year and a half now, how much size have you added in that time? Pretty good indication of future gains.

0.5 inches in one month is possible. Someone in my country who I gifted my length master has broken that record few months ago.
