20 mins in the morning. the do some stretching while on bathroom breaks at work and during lunch. the during shower and right before bed. all that together makes for some good PE time

Waiting until "the last one awake and do it" is anxiety provoking. The best thing would be to do PE in the morning and get it out of my head. The earlier I finish my PE workout for the day the better. In the past I had tried to wait until everybody goes to sleep and guess what happened - I developed an obsessive disorder connected with my penis because I worried all day whether I will be able to do PE or not. This is crazy business.

How is that anxiety provoking? I have anxiety...bad...and it definitely doesn't bother me to wait for everyone else to fall asleep. On top of that, it's best if you can do more than just stretch for one long session a day. Much better results are found from doing a little throughout the day than just a bunch all at once.

I understand this as I also get a lot of anxiety around my schedule. You need to do what feels best for you physically and mentally so you can remain consistent to gain. It sounds like getting up a bit early will be you best bet and it will get everything done in the AM so you can be anxiety free.

Damn 18 pm! I didn't even know there was an 18pm, guess I got to bed before that rofl
 
What about doing ONLY 3 sets every single day- no days off will it give any length gains at all? (one set is stretching flaccid penis: straight down, left behind the butt, right behind the butt)

I doubt whether only 3 sets every day will bring ANY gains in length at all. I know that 7-8 sets do work (because I've tried it) but I haven't tried 3-only yet and I wonder whether doing only 3 is worth the effort.

Train length for 20 minutes twice or thrice daily. You will get to your decided size. When I was focusing on length, I always did three 20 minutes sessions daily.
