The Kegel is the probably the easiest form of exercise outside of warming up/warming down, yet at the same time it is one of the most complicated. The reason it is so complicated is because it is a muscle inside your body that you are not usually aware of using even though you use it on a daily basis.

The PC muscle stands for Pubococcygeus muscle. It is located on the pelvic floor between your pubic bone and tail bone(coccyx). Everybody, male and female, have a PC muscle. The PC muscle controls urine and contracts during orgasm. A good way to find your PC muscle is the next time you are going pee to stop the flow of urine. That is a Kegel. You do that while not going pee to exercise. A Reverse Kegel would be to push the flow of urine back out.

The pelvic floor muscle is actually connected to the penis through veins that run through your penis. So when you have an erection or you are flaccid you can actually feel the difference when you Kegel. Some of the veins in your penis are called Dorsal veins and these are the veins that you can see just under the skin of your penis from the tip to the base.

You can also feel your PC muscle when you ejaculate. For men it is a Kegel and when women orgasm it is a Reverse Kegel. When a male Kegel's he receives several positive effect such as a stronger erection thus better E.Q., a thicker penis, and it is overall healthy for his prostate. For women it is usually common after child birth to tighten up and restrengthen the vagina. It is beneficial for both types of people to Kegel as it is a healthy exercise and is good for your health whatever it is you hope to accomplish from this exercise.

Some say Kegels help them have better better ejaculating power and orgasm control . This is debatable but give it a try and see what you think for yourself.

You can Kegel while you are driving, while you are laying down, while you are standing, while you are busy with your hands. I Kegel anywhere anytime sometimes for long Kegel holds and other times short quick flexes. There really is no wrong way to Kegel once you understand the basic and sheer simplicity of its technique. You want to Kegel while you are stretching and Kegel when you are off for a day of Penis Enlargement.

I like to think of Kegelling as a part of my day when brushing my teeth. As long as I get in a few minutes of Kegelling a day I feel satisfied. Usually when going to bed or 1st waking up. It is a good way to identify where your mindset is for the day when you are going to either start with a pump session or later get some hanging in.

Thanks turnover your awesome this is exactly what I was looking for. Today I saw Red's kegel routine and decided to try it. It's perfect for me because sometimes I don't end up brushing my teeth, now I will kill two birds with one stone! This kegel routine is really good and fun to do. Thanks for this thread.
