okay guys. im thinking of heading straight into a girth routine now. but i would still like a little more length.

and have seen a few posts of people saying there girths increased and length decreased. is this true.

im gonna be pumping and clamping. and i am looking a lot of girth. wanna get to 5.5 asap. got some viagra to fiddle with too.

would like someones input especially DLD if you can please man. ;)
 
I can't say my length decreased except non-cemented gains--which were substantial. Here is my take on this: if your length gains are not "cemented," (I'm still not sure if such a thing exists--at least for me)--then since your dick is kind of like a "balloon bag," your girth would grow as your length receded some.

However, when I edge, edge, edge, then pop a viagra, (you might call this "pumping" the natural way, I reach my max in both length and girth. I hit 8" girth at the base once this way. I have no idea what my length was at the time, but it had to be somewhere around 9".

I thank from pumping and clamping you will still gain a little length but most of your gains will be girth. Remember when you clamp you are displacing blood to the sides, adding girth, but also forward, adding length. I think this explains why supra gained length along with his girth. I've heard of other guys focusing on girth for two years and while they gain a lot of girth they still gain a little length. I noticed some of my best overall gains were when I was doing squeezes, stretches and jelging.

Yes I did lose quite a big of "uncemented" length when deciding to go "full girth." If you have the time I'd recommend hanging for at least an hour a day in your downtime.

my routine now consists of:

pumping
clamping
edging
dry jelqing
and wet jelqing for a health, length and erection benefits.

how does tht look. and will try and stretch for 10mins a day. to keep length gains made and hopefully surpass:D

Penis Enlargement as follows

mon --- workout A
am - wake up 10min stretches
am - shower 15mins wet jelqs
pm - clamping + dry jelqing

wed --- workout B
am - wake up 10min stretches
am - shower 15mins wet jelqs
pm - pumpping + edging

fri --- workout A
am - wake up 10min stretches
am - shower 15mins wet jelqs
pm - clamping + dry jelqing

sun --- workout B
am - wake up 10min stretches
am - shower 15mins wet jelqs
pm - pumpping + edging

tues/thurs/sat/ --- rest probably

Do 15 minutes of downward stretches a day to hit your ligs. This way your ligs won't retract, but you won't be stretching your tunica (so your tunica won't be too overworked for girth to increase). If you do this I gaurantee your length will increase some through the clamping.
 
yeh thanx man. i stretches i onnly do are really downwards/footlongs/btc etc

so i will do for example this

mon --- workout A

am - wake up 10min stretches
5mins downwards
5mins footlong
5mins btc

am - shower 15mins wet jelqs
erection level low 30-60%
5mins 1min break *repeat x 3

pm - clamping + dry jelqing
3-4set of 10-12mins clamping
5mins dry jelqing between sets


wed --- workout B

am - wake up 10min stretches
5mins downwards
5mins footlong
5mins btc

am - shower 15mins wet jelqs
erection level low 30-60%
5mins 1min break *repeat x 3

pm - Pumping + edging
2set of 10-12mins pumping - 7hg
2sets of sock constircted pumping - 10hg
edging as much as possible

Well, regarding your question, i've doing some research of my own and came up with this conclusion. No.

I'll explain. Once the ligs have been stretched, both suspensory ones and tunica albuginea, then it all means that the they're very composition, which are collagen strands, is altered in shape and density. That is why we get very strong tunicas ( they are very tough from the get go !! ) when we've been stretching low angels for some time. Body reacts to the more or less constant strain being applyed by reinforcing them ( the ligs ) with more density and more collagen. It's a vicious cycle that never ends. This principle also explains why bone density increases with tough exercise or daily shores.

All this to get to my point. Girth is increased chamber capacity, increased cells and vascularity ( as we create more and more blood vessels from the pressure applyed as well as increase blood carrying and nutrient availability in the penile tissues ).

Lenght is also more and longer cells arranged in a tougher way by the body which aims to survive and face the daily "tasks" we put upon the penis.

So, you may loose some cell blood engorgement capacity while focusing on lenght cause you tend to do less girth and to fatigue the penis tissues more with stretches leaving litlle chance for the body to respond efficientely to both strains. Stretches and jelqs. It'll just come back once you start the girth stimuly again.

So go right ahead with girth AND low level stretches, alterning one day girth and the next day lenght. Can't go wrong with that mate.
