Hey guys, im fairley new to P.E... i know i the fact i joined the site a long while ago, but I never really got around to starting P.E off for real, I mean i did some jelqing and stretching for a few weeks, maybe a month tops and i even saw some slight gains, 1/8 th in girth and 1/8 th in length, although both could have been from EQ, anyway I took a few days and and then a few days turned into a week and so on, party due to being reallly busy and just not having time to losing motivation. Now, i seem to have some time on my hands and want to get into a routine or even just get something started, that i can follow through with but before i do anything i have some nagging questions i'd like to ask to anyone with some experiance, who has the time to answer them, and well the first question is.... is P.E permanent or do you start losing what you gain as soon as you stop doing P.E?.... i know that P.E is not a siimple as black and white, meaning that lig gains and tunica gains are different, the same with girth etc but thats the first and secondly.... i have quite a high erection angle and from what i have read on various posts, the suggestion is i have a lot of gains i could make from streching the ligaments, but what makes me skeptical about ligament gains are that they are ligament... which relates back in a way to the first question, meaning that are gains permamnent or as soon as you stop streching or hangining, will your ligs go back to the way they were?
