Ahh, I miss this house! I feel right at home.
Anyway, last ime i checked out, my girth was 5.75, I have decided to focus on 6-8 week cycles of girth then length. This allows me to focus on one weakness at a time. I'm was 7.5 x 5.75. The only stretching I did came from doing Jelgs. SSJ[/words], DLD bends, one handed Uli's and jelgs. I would superset, or better said, giant set these excercises 2 times a week, thu and thur. My routine went as follows:
Massage while in bed for approx 5 min

SSJ[/words] for 3 sets x 12 reps: Kegel, squeeze, and hold for 10 seconds, then switch hands.
DLD Bend for 3 sets x 12 reps: Kegek, grasp base real hard, and bend. This excercise would be alternated by bending to right and down. Never to my left because of incresing curve to left.
In hot shower:
One handed Uli's (my Fav) 3 sets x 12 reps: Kegelr eally hard, squeeze with one hand, and inch down/forward one inch and hold for 5 second. Inch forward another inch or so, hold again. Continue down complete penis. This made my head swell like a mushroom! Switch hands after each rep.
After workout: must have a hot towel around penis while in shower! The recovery process is vital!
Stayed away from the Levitra. Only used 1/2 pill on occasion.
Added clamping for 5 minutes during last week. Helped as well.
My last measurement was a hefty 6" in girth, center shaft, and a little more at base. I don't mind the mild "cone shaped" penis. The larger girth toward the base extends around 2" from base.
Well, this is the jist of it. No need to re-invent the wheel, just switch the method around a bit. I'll have time to post my length routine, wich will end 1 Dec.
