If you could only do ONE manual length exercise, and ONE manual girth exercise for the rest of your Penis Enlargement career, what would you pick? And why?

Interested to hear peoples opinions.

DLD blaster and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Most intense exercises I've done so far, and there is a good history of results.
 
Only one stretching exercise? It would be a split between DLD Blasters and Behind The Cheeks Stretches. But there are so many other incredible stretches out there, Footlongs, Sock Stretches, Counter Stretches, Expressive Stretching, there are many.

I love Slammers, but if I had to pick one length exercise it would be the one that gave me 2" in length, Blasters. It is difficult to pick one exercise because each exercise offers it's own benefits. I would rather have to choose 3 exercises than one.

If you lay down in your bed (perpendicular to your bed) and do the footlong stretch over the edge of the bed you'll have (imo) the best ligament stretch you can get. It's like a BTC stretch combined with practically limitless intensity provided by your foot. Girth, I don't know, but clamped squeezes seem to give me the most temporary expansion in the shortest time frame.

Footlong Stretches are very powerful, I would say one of the most intense manual stretches due to how much tension your feet give. The only thing that would hold back intensity would be lack of good grip. But, if you ar egetting good grip the Footlongs will possibly make you a foot long:)
