Hello guys , i am peeing for 5 month right now without seeing gains , i really need some help and any advice will be gratefull .
I firsly began with JPs 90 routine from Pegym forum. No gains
After that i made for 1 month DLDs beginner routine and i thought that i made some girth gains because of the highly erected jelqs but when i take some measurements there arent any gains at all.
Now i am doing only stretching routine for 3rd week right now . There are side to side stretches . All routine is done for 20 minutes without warming up and down and i am doing 150 wet jelqs after that.
My question is : do i need to continue with this routine or to buy a device - [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] or hanging , or to try something else , i dont know what to do really . My stats are : NBPenis EnlargementL 6 , EG 5.4 .I am aiming for 7 NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.75 - 6 EG . Please help me
 
People on here will always recommend the "devices" because they do work but they are not required. Sounds like you haven't given a strong 3 months on DLD's beginner routine. Do so. 20mins sounds like you are rushing it. The stretching alone used to take me 45mins. 150 jelqs is also pretty low of a girth work out. Step up to 300 for a week and then double that. I prefer them slow (3sec stroke) because it just made more sense but I have read about guys getting good results be doing a 1sec stroke. I also go by time instead of rep count. Let's you relax and not lose your mind to boredom. Start out with 10-15mins. Work up to 20mins.

Bottom line, I recommend to continue the full DLD beginner routine but do so with care and effort. Rome wasn't built in a month and either was DLD's 2inches with that program.

warmup is key to any stretching imo. Also: Doing 2 sets of Newbie stretches takes me about 20min + Warmup, so you're not that far off imo.

Sorry but i have those questions : how do u strech and jelq - Seated or Standing up , the other question is how to do this rotary stretch and the cranks and the last question is the grip that you jelq and stretch is with palm facing up to the chin or down to the ground :?

I sit to do all exercises and this is for personal preference, standing, sitting, laying, all up to you. Cranks are very simple, think of them like stirring a pot on the stove, grab your penis (while soft) and pull straight out, with maximum stretch, and stir or crank in circles. Small and large radius is best.
