Lately I've been considering IPR, and I've been reading about HST training as well (sort of the equivalent of IPR for bodybuilding...do a search if you haven't heard of it). I know HST is the most efficient way of increasing the size of the muscles, and I've read several studies about how girth is partially determined by the size of the PC muscle.

To test this, I've decided to try some HST training for kegels. I'm going to do 6 weeks on, 1 off, with progressive overload for those 6 weeks. I think I'll do something simple, like 5 second kegels the first week, 10 second the second week, 15 seconds the third week and so on, and lower the repititions accordingly.

If anyone has any other ideas either for this or about this, please add them.
 
this is what I do: I do quck squezzes and do 1,2,3,4 and hold the 5th as long as I can. I do that until I start to go soft or my kegals are worn out.

I try to do three sets a day of that Monday, Wedensday and Friday

it has been getting good results for me. I can get so much presure that way that I'm busting capilaries in my glans. very intense!!!

Where did you read this from?? I don't see how girth can in any way be determined by the size of the PC muscle...
 
Well the gist was that the size of the PC muscle had a nearly perfect correlation with the amount of smooth muscle in the penis. Girth is largely determined by the thickness of the smooth muscle in the penis.

I can't remember whether the article stated that increasing the size of the PC muscle increased the amount of smooth muscle, or whether someone else made an argument towards that end. In any case, there was something that made me believe in causation (and not just that certain people have larger muscles all over than others). I might be completely wrong, but a lot of people have decided anecdotally that there was a link between kegels and gains, so I feel it's worth testing.

How long have you been doing this for. I have a hard time tiring my bc.
 
Sorry, but I can't remember where I read it. A google search yielded nothing. It may have just been a puBathmateed abstract, because I can't remember much else about the article.

That theory may hold some validity pre-Penis Enlargement...

Yes girth is largely determined by the thickness of the smooth muscle in the penis but this is not fixed and can be manually expanded without regard to the PC muscle. By this, i mean that girth can be increased with little or no PC work. If this is true (which it is...), then enlarging the PC won't necessarily have any effects on girth since they are not wholly dependent on each other.

I have been doing this since about May. I had to work up to it. It can be very intense and eventually my PC will tire and I'll just go limp. I usually give it a few minutes then massage it and then keep it erect through edging for about an hour then I'm done for the day.

Just keep working at it. It's amazing my kegals are so powerfull now that I can littlery blow the viens out in my glans. it as intense as a jelqu

Hmmm. so let's consider this.

Pre-Penis Enlargement our natural girth is a function of how much smooth muscle is in the penis. With Penis Enlargement with force our Tunica and the other CC and CS erectile tissues to expand beyond their initial bounds. We're still not certain what yields gains. Is it the CC and CS expanding as the newb penis pill companies advocate, or is it the Tunica which is responsible for gains? Either way, we increase the maximum volume of blood which the penis can hold.

But here's the interesting, at least from my observations.

The maximum amount of blood which my penis can hold, has increased tremendously. This maximum girth of mine has gone from about 11.5 cm midshaft, to around 15.5 cm (sometimes as much as 16.5 cm) midshaft.

That's a 4 cm increase in girth.

but my Erect unassisted dry girth (as I have been discussing in other threads) has only increased to 13.5 cm. That is, if I'm to get an erection, from stimulation (mental or physical) and I don't grab at the base and manually push the blood up to expand my penis ( like a ULI), it would not expand to 15.5 cm of girth. Furthermore, it wont stay at that girth if I don't put on a cock ring, or some sort of constrictor.


I think this is a very important point to dwell on. Clamping and many other girth routines may indeed increase the maximum volume of blood that the penis can hold but as I've noticed is the case with many experienced clampers and Penis Enlargement vets, the midshaft unassissted girth gains are much lower than those measured while in the clamp (prior to fluid build up).

So I'm thinking, what if we increased the size of the smooth muscle in the penis? Does that mean that progressively increasing this muscle mass will keep our assisted and unassisted girth gains close to each other? If we start pre-Penis Enlargement with a 42%-53% collagen to elastin ration (elastin ~ smooth muscle) then keeping this ratio intact will help us sustain our gains.

I've noticed with conditioning we're forming scar tissue in the penis. Scar tissue being a very tough inelastic, collagen, restricts gains. I've started Icing to minimize the amout of scar tissue build up and hopefully my decon breaks will help as well.

if what you said about pre-pe girth being proportional to girth is true, then it could definately be argued that increasing the size of the PC muscle would definately lead to gains. Ofcourse the first while of increasing the PC mass would do nothing until the muscle has reached our current Penis Enlargement gains, after which, we would hypothetically see gains from the increase in PC muscle.



My question is, does kegeling actually increase the amount of smooth muscle in the penile tissue? or is there any way else of increasing this mass? I understand DHT has a positive effect on this muscle, and hence why edging/balooning would have some credibility. But would PC exercizes increase the size of this muscle mass?
