How tight do you measure your penis?

Most men have hair growing up their shaft to the length gains they have made. This is why shaving is a good idea.

Yes, as the penis lengthens the skin has no choice but to stretch up the shaft. I have to shave 4" worth!

I would like to see your penis from the underside and sides while erect. That could make it easier to study it and see how the growth occured.
Do you have any picture like this? How far up your shaft does your scrotal skin goes?
 
But to close this case for you, boring guys.

What is your theory on why i can pressure the measuring tape enough to reach my starting size? And when i just let it loose it's hell of a difference.
One thing i already has taken to account is that i have built a much bigger CS, and the CS is very soft and you can push it in to get rid of it completely. And the CS have get me much of the girth gains i suppose.

I would really like to incrase my width without losing depth, just increase this CC so i can see with my own eyes that i really pass the toilet roll test completely. That would be a game changer for me, and take away a lot of doubts.
Anyone have any tips for this? :)

You can see that in the movie "The Perfect Penis" I show the underside of my penis.
