I have taken really long breaks i remember i took a six months break years ago and,but why dont you go trough the next month exercising,in february you will see great gains i think.....

Yeah exactly,that's the main reason I want to decondition it, but also there's a reason of bad privacy here at home.
I want to start over with solid structured routine, I don't see nothing bad in it, bros I have 22 years now, I have plenty of time for PE...

A solid month off could help you reset your penis's comfort zone allowing for exercises that you may have grown used to become effective once again. Have your gains slowed? The only reason for a decon break would be if you have plateaued in your current routine.
 
There is few thing, privacy, I am not motivated like few month ago, and I noticed when I was edging, my penis is BIGGER now, thicker not longer, and I am on a break for a week now, what happened? Why is penis thicker now without exercising?
 
I have felt that too and its quite strange there are sometimes when the penis feels heavier,maybe because the amount of blood increases when the penis is relaxed,but there are some other times when the penis gets really shrunk and rubbery...
 
well also i think those are your temporary gains from the PE you had done recently. It happened to me also but more than half the gains went away.
and if edging makes you feel your penis is thicker than it is the blood causing expansion and it also depends how many times you do edging . If you do it for a very long time or a lot of times in the day then it is some what like a small workout for your penis that makes you feel bigger in size.

You must have made a permanent gain in girth that will be there forever. That is great news and I hope when you come back you can add to it even more.

Yeah, that was my thought too, when I get back to the routine, God knows what will happen, I expect sick expansion and elongation, and maybe I won't even wait the end of a January, I was thinking all day to start over tomorrow because penis craving for PE, my flaccid is plump and veins are thick, I am out of action fr about week and a half, I think it's enough time for penis to get complete healing done...

it's amazing how much a title rest can help sometimes. Yesterday was my first PE rest day in months I feel great
 
i cant wait to get back to PE ....i have become so lazy without it......earlier PE was on my mind constantly that i have to re wrap or rotary cranks etc.....now its like ......

Cold weather can be a tough thing to get through but it is the tough times we get through that bring us the gains we are looking for.
 
yes i wish my penis could express how much it hates winters....
but if i work during winter and i am gaining then will my gains become faster in summers ????...cuz winters is like countering against the blood flow i guess.

like we loose weight slower in winter compared to summers
 
I don't think bro it's related, body weight and PE are two different things, losing body weight is purging fat, but PE is creating new cells in penis, winter or summer doesn't matter for cell expanding, that's my opinion.

I'm at a point in my PE career where I will never take a break from PE unless I'm going on a short trip. I hate breaks. They scare me.

A long planned break of this nature would be devastating for my gains at this point in my PE journey. I don't see the reason why you would want to do this? I would stretch my penis every day if I could, but I can't, since I need 3 days on, 1 day rest so my penis can heal up.
